My second stay with Jo during a week of working in the area, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Relaxing surroundings with plenty of space and kitchen facilities make a stay away from home so much better. I would recommend Jo's garden cabin very highly indeed.

Great house, homely, clean, all the amenities you could wish for. The garden was a lovely little suntrap, great for a morning coffee. Parking was free and easy at back of house or in the road. Very near a supermarket for essentials. Very near town and sea front. So glad we booked this lovely house.

We have had a lovely stay at the Suite. Very good communication in advance and friendly and helpful people onsite. The Suite is just one large room but the layout means you don't feel like you are sitting in your bedroom when on the sofa. Plenty of space in the kitchen area to prep and cook meals but there are many great places to eat within a few miles if you don't fancy cooking for yourself (The Dog in the village is a real treat). Wingham is a great location for visiting the north eastern corner of Kent including Canterbury, Margate, Broadstairs, Faversham and Dover. All reachable within 30mins drive. Really enjoyed the free parking in several places and especially along the beaches at Walmer and Seasalter. There are a numerous lovely villages all linked by footpaths so you can walk away from the roads and its great to see so many local pubs still operating. Definitely recommend the property and location.

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful setting with a secluded terrace perfect for watching the sunset. Super cosy annexe which was well equipped. Thank you very much for all of Aileen’s recommendations - we managed to see a lot over 2/3 days including Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate

We had a beautiful night at Catherine’s place. It was such an oasis. It was easy to settle in and we felt right at home. We were cosy and Catherine was super responsive to help out and we were able to extend our check out which meant we had a lovely slow and leisurely morning which was just what was needed! Thank you! If we are in the air again we will definitely love to stay again. The wash house also has an incredible history!!

I recently stayed Evi’s Place after a wedding reception and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was very flexible and smooth, which made everything so convenient. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after the celebrations. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend a place .

Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and book again. It was as described and just liked the pictures. Andrew was a great host, very friendly and helpful and quickly responded to messages.

We came to stay in Coggeshall at Victoria’s air BnB and it exceeded our expectations delightfully! Torie was so kind and allowed us to check in earlier. The place was easy to find and once we were in we were amazed with how much space there was! Kitchen was immaculate and had everything you could need! Living room was cozy and as me and my partner are big gamers we had lovely evenings just relaxing in front of the TV! And I don’t think I have ever slept in a more comfy bed! The area itself is perfect as there was a food shop nearby, plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Torie was so responsive, kind and so helpful and just made sure our stay was perfect! She’s amazing! We had a wonderful peaceful break and Would highly recommend to everyone!

Caroline was amazing and her house was perfect for my mom and I for our England trip. Caroline helped us with many things, brought us some fresh eggs, milk, butter, and bread since we arrived late and had no time to get food. Very warm and welcoming, offered suggestions for getting around London and recommended great places to see. The place was gorgeous and the setting was like out of a storybook. I would 100000% stay here again!

Lovely quiet spot just what I needed

I headed to Rayleigh for an in person session with my personal trainer and the location is just perfect for me because it's literally 2 mins walk from the gym getting groceries are super easy as well as there's a huge Sainsbury's across the road check in was quick and easy and the place is exactly the same as shown on the photos (the bedroom smells really good as well) the only thing which was a bit weird for me is the fact that I was essentially walking into someone's backyard through their side doors and live there for a night without even knowing the house owner but me as an introvert it's actually perfect cuz after a full day of traveling and training I just wanted a quiet and clean place to rest 👍

Edith’s place was perfect for a quiet getaway to the countryside. Spotlessly clean and plenty of of space. Comfy beds and a great amount of outside space. Only 15mins drive to Clacton beach. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing, peaceful stay! We will definitely be back. My daughter loved feeding and letting the ducks out of their house in the morning. Great comms from Charlie, quick to respond and helpful. Loved it. Thank you

We were a group of school friends looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 'big' birthdays and catch up. Jenny made me welcome when I arrived, showed me around the house and gave me information about the village and surroundings which was very helpful. The mill was a beautiful location and the house was quirky and charming place to spend a weekend. It was comfortable, well equipped, clean, spacious and had beautiful views of the river. It was wonderful to sit outside on a sunny morning and look out over the river while having breakfast. The village is also lovely and has everything you might need so there was no need for us to get in our cars at all. We had lunch at the Tickled Trout one day which has a good menu and great garden and is right across the road from the house. We also took a walk into the countryside around the village and had a drink at The Hub cafe which had a nice, relaxed feel on a Sunday morning. All in all, we all agreed it was a perfect weekend!

It was a perfect place to stay for me. The place is very pretty, cozy and well looked after. The host was very responsive, helpful too. Hope to come back here again.

Liz and Barry’s house was amazing! Everything was perfect. Excellent location just by the sea- first line house with nice terrace. Because of the lovely weather we spent most of the day outside tanning and enjoying breathtaking view. Quite area for good relaxation. House very clean, well maintained. Nice interior design. Beds very comfortable ( we had a very good night sleep), good shower. Liz and Barry very friendly. Thank you Barry for lighting a fire in wood burning stove for us , we had a lovely evening watching sunset and playing table games with my parents. Four of us saying thank you! If we will have a chance, we will stay again. Joanna with family

I had a lovely few days staying at No1. Barnes Ave. It was exactly what I needed whilst being in Margate for work. Emma was incredibly flexible with my check in time and allowing me to bring my cat as well. Thank you xx

I have stayed with Stephanie and David before and felt very welcome and comfortable. David was there to welcome me and make sure all was well. The studio itself is a good size, with all mod cons I need.

Annie’s annexe is fab! It was very modern and had great appliances and electrics. The underfloor heating was a highlight, and we slept well.

Another lovely stay at Pippa's place, her properties always exceed our expectations. spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, attention to detail. she really does think of absolutely everything! whenever we book a night away we always look to see if one of her beautiful cottages are available. They've become a real beautiful home from home for us. highly recommend. Thank you Pippa!
