My husband and I were in town for a family reunion and absolutely loved staying in Bruce's place for the weekend. The guest suite was so charming, comfortable, and very spacious for two people. The location was also perfect—easy walking distance to some of our favorite spots in downtown Decatur, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Bruce was also very friendly and communicative. We really hope to stay again in the future!

My stay at Beth’s place has always been comfortable. Beth provides items that may come in handy. I love her special touches, especially on the porch. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood.

Katherine and everyone were awesome hosts! The location can't be beat if you want to be active, or if you want to break away. The beltline, and numerous restaurants were literally within blocks. Parking was secure and not having to seek out a spot was so convenient. Great Place, we would stay again!

Our party of two appreciate Elizabeth’s quiet & clean spot and warm hospitality. The Cozy is the most well appointed with toiletries and kitchen essentials for a comfortable stay. The communications were spot on and helpful. Highly recommend.

We love this Airbnb so much, it’s our second visit! Absolutely love the warm feelings inside and beautiful neighborhood. The hosts are incredibly kind and make staying with them a joy. Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

Beautiful old home, with all the fixings, gorgeous old claw bathtub. Home is cozy and wood-clad comfort; Theresa is so welcoming and willing to fix any minor discomfort rapidly. Highly recommend.

Great safe location, plenty of foot traffic of people exercising and dog walking. Close to pharmacy and restaurants.

This was a clean, quiet upper-floor space with external access. Cary was very informative and responsive, and the instructions for entry were perfect. The backyard view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was delightfully walkable. We never happened to run into Cary and the family during our two nights, since we were very busy around Atlanta during our stay, but he responded to all my questions very, very quickly. If it's available next time we come to Atlanta, we'd happily stay here again.

This was one of my favorite abnb stays! Rachel and Nick were fantastic hosts--quick to respond, helpful with suggestions and flexible where possible. The space itself is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. Perfect for two for a long weekend. The private back deck was our favorite--so peaceful and surrounded by greenery. We also really enjoyed getting around the neighborhood on great rental bikes from Musette. Thanks you two for a perfect stay! Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it won't be the last. I couldn't be any more positive. The unit is spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. The owners have added nice touches everywhere - from a Keurig coffee maker with good coffee to snacks to information on the area. The neighborhood is very nice and the house is just a few tenths of a mile from the Atlanta Beltline and Piedmont Park. We used to stay in a hotel in Midtown when we visited our son and this is much better. Certainly more convenient to the east side of Atlanta where we spend most of our time, but still quite close to other parts of the city.

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

Peacefully private and upscale. Bed slept very well. It was conveniently located to several restaurants & other things to do. The bathroom was great and there was ton of closet space.

Looks exactly like the pictures! Incredibly roomy, plush bed, nice fittings. Had lots of thoughtful touches that showed they're really intent on being good hosts, from labels on all the drawers and switches to show you what it goes to (instead of opening all the drawers and cupboards to find cups) to nice, thick towels, the good toilet paper, and even cotton face pads and Q-tips. Located in a super peaceful neighborhood surrounded by tall trees and cheeky squirrels. We didn't cook, but it looked like all the amenities were there. As it is a ground floor unit beneath the family's, there is a little noise of them walking around living their daily life. There was also a dog in the neighborhood (not theirs) that liked to bark frantically in the morning, at a distance. Nothing that disturbed me as a heavy sleeper, plus they're kind enough to provide a white noise machine, but if you can't tolerate a low level of noise (less than most apartment living, really) this might not be for you.

Fantastic stay! Basement apartment (very cutely decorated) in a well-kept older neighborhood. Well stocked with coffee and snacks, and best of all, fresh eggs from the backyard. Darci was always responsive and kind. I will definitely look for this property again if in the area.

Super nice couple. Very helpful when needed. Awesome experiencing their world in the midst of a very private and comfortable stay! Everything you need is there if not just ask! Very accommodating even with small children.

This little gem was exactly as the pictures show. Well lit and marked, Lacy made it easy to check in even when we had to arrive late at night. The place is decorated so cleanly, we could have enjoyed staying there a long time. Her welcoming touches were really appreciated!

Henry & Ruth are very friendly and are responsive to messages. They were kind enough to supply a fan for me to use during my stay. The property is beautiful and very quiet. I will definitely book again if I’m ever in the area again.
