Beautifully built farmhouse cottage tucked away with gorgeous views minutes to downtown Salisbury and I-85. Enjoy the rocking chair front porch overlooking sprawling wooded acres and farm. One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE.
