Yelena was a great host. Very accomidating and helpful. The condo was in an amazing location, just a 5 min walk to the beach and Johns Pass Village. We will be back for sure. My only complaint is my GPS kept taking us across the street. The acutal place is on the Intercoastal side of the street.

We had a great stay at William’s property. He was greet work with! Will book again for one next stay.

It was a very nice place to stay, people were friendly, the pool was great! The layout of the condo was perfect and the place was clean! I definitely recommend this place to stay!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man für eine erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Alle Utensilien, wie z. B. Wama-Taps in ausreichender Fülle. Wir kommen wieder! Danke!

One thing would be nice to know upfront, you have to get check-in stuff from a location 3 miles away, and return stuff there to get into your room. We have stayed at other rooms at harbor house, this was a first. This room lacks the kind of homey touches we have grown accustomed to w airbnb. It is very much like a hotel room. That being said, its still a nice place, great view, great area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Despite the fact that the condo building is still recovering from Hurricane Helene (the elevator and pool needed repairs and was not available to us); we still had a wonderful vacation at Samuel's condo! Large and spacious place, very clean, all the comforts of home. The location was perfect...the beach was steps away; restaurants and stores- a short drive. We absolutely loved our stay!

This perfectly peaceful unit was just what we needed. Clean and spacious with lots of room to spare. Patti’s unit covered all the bases. We enjoyed the well manicured surroundings.

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

El departamento es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado realmente a pasos de la playa. Muy cerca de negocios y restaurantes. Tiene una vista espectacular a la Marina. Estaba muy limpio y con un kit de recepción (papel, jabón, etc suficiente para nuestra estadía). Tuvimos un problema con la sombrilla que fue resuelto inmediatamente. Lo único que creo que es importante que el aviso mencione claramente es que el segundo dormitorio es interno (no tiene ventana) .

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

The stay was fantastic and even as locals looking for a beach weekend, we enjoyed the space. Loulia was wonderfully communicative, and even apologetic about some construction due to the two hurricanes that hit our area last year. Easy to walk from the beach from the unit, and felt safe at night. Next time we are looking to have a beach weekend, we’ll definitely check to see if the space is available again! Awesome host and thanks for everything (including the delicious coffee)!!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place. You’re steps away from the beach. Had an issue with the keurig leaking / not working and it was replaced within a few hours! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Tamas’s place. It was so pleasant and being on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins was so relaxing. We used the pool and hot tub and drove to beaches around the St.Pete area. Tamas took care of any issues we had immediately. We appreciated the vacation time there and would recommend it as the perfect size for one couple.

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

Great vacation in a great condo. Matthew was a very responsive host with clear check-in instructions and good communication throughout our stay. Location was perfect for our family - easily walked to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Car rental made it easy to visit local attractions. It is worth noting that the hurricane wrecked all of the bottom units in the complex and all of the central AC units. Matthew had portable AC in the condo, which was listed in the amenities section, but I must have missed when booking so we were surprised to find them. Other than the constant low hum of the units, the air was cool enough and did not have an effect on our enjoyment. Others should note that Madeira Beach is not 100% back from the hurricane but still was a great location for our vacation.

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

My husband and I brought our teenage daughter to stay at Lu’s for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with anything one might need. There was easy access to the beach and restaurants, but the best part was just relaxing by the windows overlooking the intercostal. I loved seeing all the different birds go about their daily routines and we also saw several dolphins swim by! We took advantage of the pool which had plenty of deck chairs and was never too busy. It was also nice to cook in the well appointed kitchen or use the grill by the water. We met several nice families living/staying in other units who were all quiet and respectful of the space. I would also recommend walking to the beach to take in the sunset. We hope to return in the future! Thank you Lu!

We absolutely loved the place. Super clean and honestly the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Had everything we needed. Laundry, towels full kitchen with everything needed to cook which was huge for us. Highly recommend and would stay again. Quiet place as well

Albert's place fit the bill for my needs. I come to SWFL each Feb/Mar for spring training baseball and the weather. The apartment is in a gated complex with a responsive staff and amenities such as pool, tennis/pickleball and a small exercise room. The 3rd floor apartment afforded a nice view of the pool. The immediate area is commercial/residential rather than touristy but provides a lot of options for activities. The Seminole location is convenient to points of interest in Clearwater, Dunedin, and St. Pete. It's a quick drive to the beaches and to several ballparks. It is a short walk to Sprouts, and Starbucks. It's also a short drive to Aldi, Publix and a the Seminole Shopping Center.. I am a Planet Fitness member and I especially liked that the property was about 3 miles away from a very well run PF. I often visited Clearwater and St. Pete for the restaurants, concert venues, stores, museums and galleries. I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Highly recommend!! Family friendly condo with a great heated pool. Beach access across the road was great! We were so close to a lot of our favorite restaurants, shops, and ice cream places. Carlos was extremely responsive. The condo was exactly as he described. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful time, loved the condo and Treasure Island. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for me and my 2 daughters. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, just across the street. The beach is beautiful, we walked over every night to see the most gorgeous sunsets. We collected beautiful shells every AM. The pool was refreshing with beach towels and chairs provided. We enjoyed the patio at the condo which overlooks the pool. Jordyn was wonderful to work with and answered all questions we had very promptly. Nicest property manager I've ever worked with, we definitely will go back. And its close to the airport. We really enjoyed everything!
