Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. "The Hut" is in a convenient location close to Geelong, Ballarat/Sovereign Hill and Daylesford. It will take approx. 40 minutes scenic drive through beautiful countryside to get to those places. Experience this fully renovated old galvanised iron hay shed that is fully self contained with a large rustic outdoor entertainment area that has an open fireplace and outdoor fire pit.

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.
