Our place is centrally located at the heart of Romblon. Just a few minutes walk from the main port, some tourist spots and restaurants. Easy to grab a ride to visit some beaches. Our check-in and check-out time is adjustable but subject to availability. This home may not be new, but we made sure that the basic amenities are provided and that everything is clean and neat. We also manage a small private beach resort in Alad island, Romblon that all our Transient Home guest has free entrance to.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein 37qm schnuckelig eingerichtetes Appartement mit Terrasse und viel Komfort. Der phantastische Ausblick von der Terrasse geht bis zum Meer und liegt direkt an der wenig befahrenen Ringstraße. Das Resort ist erst im Entstehen weshalb die Preise dezent gehalten werden. D.h. Pool, Restaurant, Kiosk und einige Häuser sind noch nicht errichtet. Der Baulärm hält sich in Grenzen da hier sehr viel in Handarbeit verrichtet wird, die keinen störenden Lärm verursacht.

My place is just 8 mins. from The Mansion, Wright Park, Mines View Park and 15 mins. from Camp John Hay. You’ll love my place because it still captures that "old Baguio" cozy feel. My place is good for couples, groupies and families with kids (max of 5). It's furnished and you can cook. Important: Since the condo is very new there is still no Wifi or Cable TV service at this time. So it's best for some quiet and peaceful time and real conversation and bonding with your loved ones. :)
