Atención a los huéspedes
Before arrival I like a friendly introduction and to learn a little bit about who you are and your travel plans to Cape Town. It's always nice to know what your sleeping requirements are (how many beds you need, how many adults, children or babies), when you'll be arriving and if there is anything you need.
During your stay I'll generally leave you in peace, but will be happy to answer any questions you might have, give advice on restaurants etc, and to chat about your check-out time and to hear if you enjoyed your stay.
