The great corner townhouse nestled on a beautifully treed lot and adjacent to a large green space. House main floor is comprised of a large living room with dining area, equipped kitchen, a bedroom and 2 pc bathroom. The second floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and 2PC ensuite, 2 more guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. Newly finished basement offers 5th & 6th bedrooms, 3PC bathroom and web bar. Tandem 2 car parking stall is steps away from front door. A big playground is steps away.

Located in inner city community, RUNDLE, which is one of the best in NE Calgary. Great location:

This was a large, clean house that was ideal for our stay. It was close to the C-train and the Peter Lougheed Centre.

Our stay at Rachel's place was great. It's the perfect size for a large group, lots of space. The double parking spots was a bonus, even though there were a lot of street parking available. We stayed this July and it was a hot weather. Although there were no air conditioning, Rachel does her best by placing fans in each rooms. The basement was nice and cool. Rachel was a great host! There was an issue with one of the toilets but it was fixed the same day and without having to disrupt our vacation.
