2 bedroom luxury apartment in the heart of East St Kilda right across the road from the train station, shops and restaurants and cafes right at the front door supermarket 1 minute away and tram at doorstep.

Situtated right at the heart of urban living Balaclava across the road from cafes., supermarkets, restaurants, yoga studios, public transport etc

The outdoor patio is bigger than probably nearly anyone's and the apartment is right in the heart of the action! Glass doors that are walls open up to a free flowing indoor and outdoor space with outdoor seating lounge bench table and day bed and barbecue.

Bedroom has a queen size bed with The Cloud mattress topper used in Hilton Hotels and high quality linens.

Living area has an L shaped lounge and has large flat screen with cable and Apple TV for Netflix plus dining table.

There is a second bedroom used as a study I am about to turn into a second bedroom

The property is not suitable for children due to the amount of glass sharp corners and valuable objects please do not enquire for booking if you have children thanks

Main bedroom and all the apartment outdoor area plus second bedroom - the second bedroom wardrobe will be full as I live there however the main bedroom has an empty wardrobe.

None except when needed

Reminds me of living in Brookylyn in every especially the red brick wall. Location - it's super trendy in an edgy way and it's so convenient with public transport. Cafes supermarket chemist/drug store and great places to eat right at the doorstep plus 24 hour access to groceries. Everyone loves the space when they see it. It's a special rare find apartment.

10 mins walk through a park takes you to Chapel St Windsor which is one of the coolest streets in Melbourne lined with bats cafes, clubs, graffiti and hidden bars .. A little like Shoreditch in London

Train straight to the city or beaches and the tennis St (URL HIDDEN) Kilda is a few stops on the tram or 15 mins walk. Chapel St is also maybe 15 mins walk via a lovely huge park. Tram and train are right at the doorstep (literally).

this is a sublet to cover the cost of my rental and is a real bargain as i usually book it for $220 a night but has a 90 day minimum rental so its okay with my real estate agent

please note i am trying to sublet my place properly whilst i go overseas so my real estate will know there is a guest/sublet in the apartment which wont be a problem and will be better if anything goes wrong such as plumbing etc

We hadafantastic 2 week stay and would not hasitate to stay again future. The apartment itself is wanderfully decorated and modern. The outdoor area was wanderful with a large bbq which wad great to enjoy the warm weather. The location was greatad many excellent restaurants and ahops within walking distance and also easy drive to st kilda, chapel street etc. Absolutely loved it:)

Kate is a fantastic host - she was always very responsive to messages and has a friendly nature. The apartment was exactly as the pictures describe - it's a fantastic (and roomy!) layout with an outdoor area and funky decor. Also very short walk to the end of the street brings you to an abundance of cafes/bars/restaurants and it's a short car ride or nice walk elsewhere in St Kilda. We also very much appreciated the late checkout and hotel ammenities were a nice touch! :)

Kate was the perfect host, she responded to my request within half an hour, she was concerned about the builders next door, which she had no need to as we didn't hear a thing. Kate's apartment was perfect and she made us feel very welcome, she provided us with a list of cafes, bars and restaurants as we were only staying for a short time, she also provided food and Sparkling to welcome us. The courtyard was a great space too, having a large outdoor space with gave us extra room when our guest visited us. Kate apartment is centrally located near Balaclava Station, with three tram lines at your door; a to minute walk to the Esplanade and 20 minute walk into Windsor/South Yarra. We'll definitely try to stay with Kate again.
