Comfortable, sunny, and clean 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo. The condo development is nicely landscaped with several communal green areas and small playgrounds. The location is close to Sonoma County fairgrounds, HWY 12, and HWY 101. Centrally located with easy access to Sonoma county's finest wineries, downtown Santa Rosa, and the Sonoma coast. Sebastopol, Healdsburg and Petaluma are all 20 min. away. Suitable for business or pleasure, but no loud parties. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING LISTING.

This is a 3 BR/2BA, 2- story condo with a spacious floor plan. Master bedroom with bath and walk-in closet, queen room, twin room, and another full bath are located upstairs. Washer/Dryer (also upstairs) is available to guests staying 3 or more nights. Living/dining room, kitchen, half bath, and desk space located downstairs. Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, utensils, glassware and basic condiments, sweeteners, coffee, etc.

Access includes everything described above and a small semi-private patio. Available food/drink items will be noted. Sorry, no access to the garage. The closet in the twin bedroom is locked for owner storage.. The washer is available for reservations of 3 or more nights, unless previously arranged. The dryer is available for your use (bath towels, etc).

Someone may or may not be present to greet you upon arrival. You will find a note with instructions if we can not be there in person. You will have the condo to yourselves, but someone is always available by cell phone to assist you.

This condo was perfect for our visit to the Napa/Sonoma area. It felt very homey and was very well equipped so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. John and Patty were very responsive when we needed to communicate. This is a great place to stay, especially for larger groups of people - we had 4 (2 couples) and each couple had their own room. The location is great as well, being centrally located close enough to get to wineries in the area.

Great home base for the Santa Rosa Marathon! Location was perfect and convenient to downtown and the surrounding area. Comfortable home with all necessary amenities.

We were in Santa Rosa for a family wedding and John's place worked out perfectly for us. The location was great. The residential neighborhood was very nice, pretty and quiet. We enjoyed our early morning walks around the neighborhood and also on the nearby walking trail. We even saw a baby fox in one of the nearby fields. John's place is very comfortable and feels like home away from home. It had everything we needed, including coffee, creamer & sugar for early mornings! I would definitely book John's place again if I am back in town. No complaints here!
