This is a 3 BR/2BA, 2- story condo with a spacious floor plan. Master bedroom with bath and walk-in closet, queen room, twin room, and another full bath are located upstairs. Washer/Dryer (also upstairs) is available to guests staying 3 or more nights. Living/dining room, kitchen, half bath, and desk space located downstairs. Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, utensils, glassware and basic condiments, sweeteners, coffee, etc.

The closet in the twin bedroom is locked for owner storage.. The washer is available for reservations of 3 or more nights, unless previously arranged. Someone may or may not be present to greet you upon arrival. You will find a note with instructions if we can not be there in person. You will have the condo to yourselves, but someone is always available by cell phone to assist you.

Loud music or boisterous activity that impacts neighbors is not allowed at this listing. Each condo unit has a patio that faces a common area. We ask that you are respectful of our neighbors. Smoking is prohibited in common areas by homeowners association, and no smoking allowed in our family residence. If you must smoke please move to the street area. We thank you for your cooperation.
