Two blocks to the east is George Street. Well known for the George Street Festival and a host of small groovy cafes, bars and restaurants.
A little further down the road and you are at the glorious Swan River. Enjoy a meal or drinks at the Left Bank, The Dome cafe or take a picnic and watch a classic West Coast Sunset complete with black swans and yachts.
Just as close to home but to the west is Fremantle's legendary Cafe Strip, the Fremantle Market and all the attractions of the area. Indulge yourself and walk it all off with a stroll along the quant streets of Fremantle.

The free CAT bus service picks up and drops off passengers just one block from your accommodation. Providing a loop service to Fremantle train station and town centre, buses run every 15 mins from 7.30 am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am-6.30pm Saturday and Sunday.

With close proximity to High Street, Canning Highway and CAT bus services - everything is possible with minimum fuss.

Forrest Heights is a secure complex so you'll need keys to access the building and a separate key to access the apartment.
There is free parking available at the rear of the complex and street parking out the front.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Late check out is possible if there are no check ins imminent.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Linen is supplied.

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Walking distance to everything you need and Free CAT bus service right around corner. Spoilt for choice for eating out options. We especially liked Young George for cocktails and cheese. Alison as a host is superb and the apartment was just gorgeous and spacious enough for 4 adults. Beds are super comfy! Thanks for a great stay :)

Alison's place was the perfect base for our family. Walking distance to Fremantle and to the George St precinct and Richmond Quarter so we were spoilt for choice of great coffee, breakfast and evening dining options. The apartment was well equipped and peaceful even though it was so central. We will definitely be booking in another stay when we return to Perth again.

This apartment was a gem. We were looking for affordability and great location and this place checked all the boxes. Alison was very communicative and it was easy to find our way in to, and around the apartment. We were so pleased at the cleanliness, it was literally spotless! We really appreciated that. Beautifully and eclectically decorated. Well stocked kitchen with all the cookware you need if you want to stay in and save a few dollars. We also ate at the Indian restaurant down the road, recommended by Alison and damn was it good! The city has great public transport, we caught buses from right around the corner into the city and down to the beaches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our needs. Beautiful views from each window in the home. The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to walk from. Check in was smooth, and Allison stopped by for checkout to ensure we were happy with our stay. Overall, excellent experience and beautiful home.

We had a great time staying in Alison's apartment. Was clean, roomy and very close to the heart of Fremantle. Alison is friendly and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend Alison, we would definitely stay here again. Than You Alison for a great stay :)
