Leah's Lakehouse is a modern lake house situated in the artsy town of Narrowsburg, NY in the Catskills. With 3,000+ sq ft the house is spacious, bright and airy with a huge, fully equipped kitchen. There's a wood burning fireplace in the living room as well as three sliding glass doors with a view of Feagle's lake where eagles soar overhead and deer frequently frolic. We also have super fast WIFI internet speed and a house phone with free calling within the US.
Enjoy grilling on the 50' x 12' deck or roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, both overlooking beautiful Feagle's Lake which is stocked with fish and surrounded by wildlife. There are no neighbors across the lake, only miles of forest. Guests have full use of the lake. The fishing is great and there are some huge bass in the lake. There's a bait shop in town next to Pete's Supermarket.
The Rec room is perfect for kids and adults alike. Enjoy watching movies on the 9 foot projection t.v., a game of ping pong, magnetic darts, Wii or a game of cards.
1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed second bedroom, 1 queen bed in third bedroom, 1 queen bed and 6 twin beds in 4th bedroom (2 bunk beds with trundles underneath.) 1 futon and one sofa in the rec room. We also have air mattresses for larger groups. Please inquire about pricing for groups over 16.
The house is only 3/4 of a mile from the center of town in Narrowsburg where you can find: fine restaurants, art galleries, a fully equipped grocery store, pizzeria, coffee shop, ice cream and more. Narrowsburg has been featured in Vogue Magazine, New York Magazine, The New York Times and Travel + Leisure. This quaint artsy town is close to the Delaware River.
Enjoy rafting on the Delaware River (1.5 miles away), hiking, FREE ice skating during the winter (bring your own skates), fishing and more. 15 miles away from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the Original Woodstock. Close to Ski Big Bear.

Guests have access to the entire home. Enjoy walking the property which is mostly cleared with approximately 1.5 acres remaining wooded. Enjoy fresh apples from our apple tree in the fall and full access to the lake.

No parties! Please leave the house as you found it (except beds that were used should not be made.) No unaccounted for guests on the property. This rule is strictly enforced. No smoking indoors. Please clean up cigarette butts from the premises. Please wipe shoes on door mats before entering as dirt damages the hardwood flooring. Please wipe up any spills on the floors immediately as it can damage the wood and laminate flooring. Indoor furniture, towels and linens should not be taken outdoors. Absolutely no frat house style parties consuming large amounts of alcohol.
