It's in the heart of the city, and a walking distance to all major city attractions. The unit is set up with blackout roller shades, cable, internet, kitchen equipped with pots, pans, utensils etc. so you have the essentials to feel right at home!

Note: This is a brand new Condo/Hotel building (April 2016); some exterior construction in progress (finishing touches).

It's a modern studio apartment in a brand new building, with new furnishings/decor, appliances etc., clean, with lots of natural light. The unit is on one of the top floors, so you'll get a pretty impressive day/night view of the city!

The unit has recently been set up with cable, internet, and the kitchen equipped with pots, pans, utensils etc. so you have the essentials to feel right at home!

Note: April 24, 2017: The superintendent will need access to the unit from 8:00am - 3pm to escort the contractors who will be doing regular maintenance. The rate for this day is reduced to $65/day.

The entrance to the building is on Slater street. For the security of building residents, the main door is locked at all times, and can only be opened using a fob (you'll be given one). The building amenities (gym, sauna, pool etc.) are on the 5th floor, and will only be available as from July 1st 2016. The suite comes with a locker in the parking level of the building, and is available upon request.

Note: Given the central location of this unit, parking is a challenge. There is public paid parking across the street at $13 - $17/day. There is also underground parking at the World Exchange Plaza (WEP) over at 111 Albert (one street up). The WEP is off Slater and Metcalfe; turn left on Metcalfe, stay on the left lane and drive straight into the underground parking lot. The World exchange plaza parking is typically free on weekends. Street parking is free after 5:30pm on some streets in the area (Albert st., Laurier, O'Connor), although this can change due to construction. For the most part, you are better off walking or taking public transportation.

I usually try to meet guests in the lobby of the building and hand them the keys, but given my recent hectic work schedule, this is not always possible.
In the event I cannot meet you, I will leave the key for you in a lockbox, which will be on the railing across the street. I will send the lockbox code to you once you confirm your time of arrival.

Your privacy is guaranteed for the duration of your stay; however I am readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns as required - feel free to let me know :-)

You'll feel the heart beat of the city from this location! Whether you are here on business, or as a tourist, the proximity to Ottawa's finest attractions is a definite plus! It's a walking distance to most Government offices, businesses, restaurants, night-life, public transportation etc. You'll find almost everything to cater to your needs in the vicinity: from your morning coffee (Second Cup/Starbucks), to healthy treats (Juice Monkey Smoothie Bar - 209 Slater), "City nightclub" right across the street (222 Slater), trendy restaurants and boutiques on Bank street, not forgetting Parliament Hill, the Ottawa Byward Market, museums and shopping - there's something for everyone in this area of the Nations Capital!

All major routes of the City's transportation system (OC Transpo) run on Slater street - right across from the building ($3.55/ride). Visit the OC Transpo website to plan trips, check out routes etc.

Major Taxi/Cab companies: Blue Line taxi, Capital taxi

This Condo/Hotel project is undergoing finishing touches, so the construction crew will be around the building during the day. Work runs from 7:30am - 4:00pm on weekdays, no work is done on weekends and public holidays.

Everything was super smooth and easy. The gym in the building is very basic, super clean, and suited my needs (free weights, 3 cardio machines, Swiss balls, etc). Bustling neighborhood by day, but pretty quiet by night. I appreciated the hotel bar next door for late night snacks. Overall, very convenient and comfortable!

This is a perfect space for two people who are looking for a clean, comfortable place within a five minute walk from Almost every landmark a visitor to Ottawa would like to experience.

This studio was great - located very centrally for Parliament Hill, and only a short walk to Byward Market, etc. It's nice to stay in a place that was constructed or renovated so recently. The finish of the apartment was great, and who can complain about a 17th floor view :) Zepporah was extremely quick to answer any questions, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again any time.

Beautiful condo in a very convenient location in Ottawa. Communication was great. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Zepporah's, good location within walking distance of most attractions. Zepporah was quick to reply to any messages and left instructions on where to find the key and entering the building before arrival. The lockbox with the key in on arrival had been buried in the morning's snowfall so I was trying the wrong lockbox, but Zepporah was able to leave work and retrieve the key and made sure I got in the building ok. The kitchen had everything and there are grocery stores nearby so you can eat in. Walking distance to Rideau centre, canal, parliament and other attractions. Ottawa pathway is also nearby so you can join that. The bus from the Via Rail station drops off 1 block away and picks up just across the street so it was very easy to get to. No problems checking out and I would recommend Zepporah's place for future visits.

Elegimos este apartamento porque estaba en "downtown": teníamos a casi todas las líneas de autobus justo delante del portal de entrada. La situación es perfecta y no se necesita coche. Podeís comprar una tarjeta de autobus, la "Presto", para 30 y pico viajes y está muy bien. El apartamento es de lujo y muy tranquilo en el piso 17! Todo es nuevo y funciona perfectamente. El Aire Acondicionado es rápido tanto en frío como en calor. El Wifi funciona bien y eso se aprecia mucho. Hemos estado unos 24 o 25 días y ha sido genial: como en casa! Muy recomendable :-) Zepporah, nos ha atendido perfectamente en todo momento. Es un encanto!
