Kristin was easy to communicate with before and during our trip. Her home is cute and cozy, lots of fun toys for kids, on a quiet street/safe neighborhood and very convenient to all Seattle attractions.
There were a few guests who stayed at the house prior to our trip, but before the host had returned, so only a cleaning lady was there in between guests. Because of this, there were some differences between what was described on the welcome letter vs what we actually found on our arrival (location of air mattress, bedding, toilet paper, space in closets/drawers). The downstairs toilet stopped working after a couple uses the afternoon of our arrival and was not fixed until the next night. We also had an issue with ants in various rooms of the house. We were thankful that Kristin was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns.
We were staying here with family - 3 couples and 2 young kids. With the layout of the home, the crib and toddler beds are located upstairs, where the air mattress is intended to be used; my husband and I opted to sleep upstairs with our kids. We ended up setting the air mattress up in the nursery as the crib wasn't set up for older babies, even though the air mattress fits better in the toddler room. It was thin and loud/squeaky and we ended up sleeping on the couch in the main living area upstairs instead.
Overall, it met our needs (fit 8 people), was quiet and convenient, and the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I think if we were the only group to go through, it may have been more smooth of a stay, and I am sure with a few small adjustments, this will be a perfect AirBnB for another family or large party.
