There are two comfortable sofas, one which converts to a double sofa-bed. The traditional dining table has six chairs plus two spares and is perfect for hosting all the family. The apartment also includes complimentary wifi.
The kitchen is of a high standard, contemporary and with fully integrated appliances including fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, plus a microwave for convenience. All accessories you would require during your stay can be found in the cupboards. The apartment has a washing machine also.
There are three bright, modern double bedrooms, each furnished to a high standard. The master bedroom has a luxury en-suite shower room. The main bathroom is also modern with a bath and shower over. The apartment has gas central heating providing fast heat and hot water throughout the apartment.

We have a central office in Glasgow city centre where we are available from 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday. We also provide guests with two emergency / out of hours contact numbers in case they have any problems during their stay.
- All guests must be over 25 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- We do not allow stag or hen groups
- We do not allow events or parties to be held in the apartments
- For security reasons, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required for guests who reside in the local area. Please seek confirmation from the property owner if you have any doubts.
- The maximum number of guests is that which you have paid for unless stated in your booking confirmation
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments
- Pets are not permitted in any of the apartments
- The apartment must be returned in good condition and the same general state it was received. Breakages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guests.
We reserve the right to withhold or deduct the appropriate amount from your deposit for any of the following reasons:
- Loss or non return of keys
- Anti-social behaviour
- Damages to the property or excessive cleaning requirements
