Over 800 square feet, our quiet casita is large and welcoming. The full kitchen is designed to cook up a three-course meal in the old world charm. There is a table for two on the outside patio. There is a monitor and DVD player in the bedroom if you want to just zone out.
The LOFT houses a queen size bed. The views of the mountains from the loft are fantastic!

Atención a los huéspedes
Interaction with guests is kept to a minimum. Text anything you need, and we'll make sure you get it, but we like to let our guests enjoy the quiet and private quality of the casita.

Santa Fe offers a unique, diverse and rich world of experiences. Feel free to reach out to us for pointers and suggestions.
Wi-Fi disclaimer: though there is a signal the speed varies. Typical in New Mexico with all the thick adobe walls and sparse towers. So, just know that.
We have two dogs and a cat. The cat likes to come over to the casita and say hello. Her name is Pepper. The casita yard is private and enclosed, so the dogs can't come over and say hi to you when you are relaxing. But sometimes you might see them in our yard and sometimes our puppy likes to say hello. She loooooves people.
Enjoy our space as you enjoy yours. Since we have pets on the property, we generally can't have other pets on the property. But you can always talk to me and we can always make an exception! Plenty of smoking outside on your private patio. Just put your butts in the outside containers.
When I was 14 my parents wowed my siblings and I with stories of the West and decided to move to Abiquiu NM. True to their word our country living included horses, sheep, dogs, cats and exploring for as far as we could go. That is when my love affair with New Mexico began.
After graduating from Reed College in 2000, I decided to move to Santa Fe, and have lived here ever since. I love this town. Everyday my life is filled with beauty, whether its a sunset, softly falling snow, the vividly colored mountains, the historical old adobe buildings or anything else that moves you.
AND I love that it takes me 5-10 minutes to get anywhere, excpet up the mountain which takes about 45 min. I can't imagine having to commute long distances everyday ever again.
I also love eating, and this town has something like 300 restaurants, many of them with James Beard awards and national recognition. Or go for good ol' New Mexican food and get a burritto somothered in chile, red or green. New Mexican food is the locals comfort food.
Culturally this town is extrmemely diverse. Between the art on Canyon Road, the Opera, the Pueblo's, or any of the world class performances at one of our art houses, there are endless possibilities. Or go to one of our local bars, grab a beer, listen to some of local musicians tear it up on the mike. Whatever your interests are, Santa Fe can accomadate it.
I am happy to have you here! If you have any questions about the area, just let me know.
