The property is nice and private, tucked away at the back of a four unit complex. Unit is freshly renovated throughout with two bed rooms. Spacious master bedroom with semi-ensuite access to the bathroom. Fully self-contained and perfect for extended stays. Two outdoor areas which are ideal for entertaining or just enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.

The entire unit, including the laundry is for guest use. Guests have access to 2 parking bays, one which is undercover.

While I am not present on the premises I am available via phone any time of the day or night.

This unit is close to Victoria Park transfer station, Victoria Park cafe and restaurant strip, Perth CBD, Crown Casino, the Swan River and the South Perth foreshore and the WACA .

Bus stop is located on Geddes Street which is approximately a 2 minute walk from the unit. Victoria Park transfer station is approximately 2 minutes via bus or a 5 minute walk. Centrally located and easy access to major highways / freeways if you have a car.

Whilst the unit is private, it is in a strata complex and shares a common wall with one other unit. Small amounts of noise does travel.

Great appt close to parks, 15 min walk to river. At the end of the road is the bus, 15 min bus to city. Clean, comfortable quiet appt.

This place is awesome! Close to CBD, 5 minute walk to restaurants and cafes. Not far from the bus route or Uni. The unit has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very clean, very comfortable, felt right at home.

The stay at Scott's place was nothing short of great! It was a clean, modern and very spacious space for a family of 3! Scott was very quick in replying and never hesitated to make us feel easy throughout our stay! The only thing we wished that could be there was, WIFI internet access. With all things said, we would definitely recommend this really nice apartment for future tourists coming into Perth! Thank you Scott for the lovely stay!

Great place, quiet, clean and only 10 minutes from the heart of the city even in morning traffic. Would definitely recommend staying if you needed a place close to city and all the other essential amenities close by.

Modern and very clean unit in location convenient to access Curtin uni, and the city. Quiet area and very easy process to book, check in etc.
