If you are looking for a scenic, relaxing, beach getaway or fishing trip, this fully equipped beach house has all that you need and more. Have breakfast or a BBQ on the front verandah. Walk across the road to the beach or stroll down to the café strip. You will love the location and view from this beach house.

If you are looking for a relaxing, scenic, beach or fishing get away, this beach front property is for you. The boat ramp is diagonally opposite the property. There is plenty of room in the front yard to park your cars, boat, jet ski, bikes, kayaks. There are lots of nice cafes, supermarket, hotel and pier within walking distance. Visit our favorite boutique wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula. Ask us about the "hidden gems" which our guests have enjoyed. The views from within the home or from the front verandah are spectacular.......

One, two or three bedrooms available with or without bedding. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and lounge room. The front balcony has a BBQ for you to cook breakfast or meals whilst enjoying the view of the bay. The back yard is fully enclosed.
Access details will be provided after bookings made via Airbnb.

We are able to provide you with a list of "hidden gems" to visit which our other guests have enjoyed. Let us know if you are seeking beach, boutique wineries, cafes, nature walks and any other local information.

St Leonards is a coastal township near Geelong, Victoria, Australia, at the eastern end of the Bellarine Peninsula and the northern end of Swan Bay. It is a great fishing spot and the beach here is quieter than most other areas.
The Bellarine Peninsula has numerous boutique award winning wineries, farm gates to buy fresh and organic produce, including blueberry & strawberry farm.

There is a public bus from Geelong Railway Station via Portalington to St Leonards (Route 60)

We are within a short driving distance to Queenscliff, Torquay, Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove and Point Lonsdale & Adventure Park.

Prices are seasonal.
Beds have waterproof liners only.
Guests to bring their own sleeping bag/douna/pillow/sheets and personal towels & toiletries.
Bedding can be provided upon request - additional $50 per person
Long weekends - min 3 days' stay. January bookings min 7 days preferred.

We would love for you to enjoy our beach house, however it must be left in the same clean and tidy state you find it in so as not to incur a minimum $100 cleaning fee.

Wonderful location and outlook, easy 10 min walk to some excellent cafe's and a well provisioned new Supermarket. The availability of walking/cycling paths was a highlight as were the excellent local wineries and restaurants. Cally and Matt are outstanding hosts, extremely good communication, helpful and informative. The house is not new but well maintained and presented and very clean.

We enjoyed a very nice long weekend in Cally's seafront house. We had ample space for all guests. The view from the front room was beautiful. Overall a very lovely stay in St Leonards. Would definitely go back in Summer.
