Stunning, private, custom-built retreat in 600 acre nature preserve for large family or corporate gatherings on the Parker River, a quick boat ride to the open waters of the Atlantic, Plum Island, or Parker River National Wildlife Reservation.

This estate has stunning views of the Parker River and Great Salt Marsh, surrounded by the 600 acre Old Town Hill nature preserve. The home features 5,500 square feet of TMS Architects-designed space with vaulted ceilings, four fireplaces, chef's kitchen (with all of the amenities a true chef would need), five bedrooms, private office with stunning views, theater room, LCD projector for presentations, and more.

The entire home and grounds are available to guests.

At the beginning of a stay, a complete walk-through is provided for guests to acclimate them to amenities and systems. Live support is available by phone 24/7.

At the end of a stay a brief walk through is also provided.

Off of the back of the property is the Parker River accessed by a long dock for use of the boat, swimming, and all types of water sports (stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.). Access to the ocean is a five minute boat ride down river while up river is access to the resplendent William Forward Wildlife Preserve and Great Salt Marsh. To the front of the property is the 600 acre Old Town Hill Preservation Trust with miles of nature trails for hiking, running, mountain biking, and nationally-renowned bird watching.

Road cycling in the area is amazing through country roads with ocean, marsh, and rivers views and vistas. Water sports and fishing are very popular right off the property and at many neighboring spots. Plum Island, Ipswich, and Salisbury beaches are all within a 10 to 20 minute drive.

Commuter rail access in Newburyport and Rowley is a five minute drive to either station. The center of Newburyport is a five minute drive to access all that it has to offer in the way of dining, arts, shopping, and sight seeing. The beaches of Plum Island are a ten minute drive and guests are provided with a parking pass to the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. Our recommendation, however, is to use the boat to access exclusive beaches and sandbars while bringing along all of the amenities on the boat!

The home has garage parking for four vehicles and a driveway that can accommodate approximately a dozen vehicles. For multi-day gatherings a boat and multiple vehicles are available for daily rental, including a 430 HP jetboat, an Audi Allroad, an Audi SQ5, and even an Audi R8 V10.
