Kindly note there is a new home being built next door. It is due to be completed by the end of May 2017 and the main building works are now completed. This means the loudest noise is behind us. -No LARGE parties or events (above 24 people) are allowed, If you do wish to conduct a party then pls advise us upfront so we can share with you our conditions. Please be respectful towards the house, neighbors and soften the music after 10 pm.
-Conditions of Occupancy: It is a condition of occupancy that the owner will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any property brought on to the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or from any other cause and by whomsoever caused, or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the owner.
-Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons as per the reservation contract.
-Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pool as this area is not childproof.
-We kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.

The house and the views are stunning. We liked the location, we walked to the beach and restaurants/shops very easily. The cleanliness of the house could have been better and the wifi was very slow. There were some additional maintainance issues but Lavinia (the house manager) was always available to address our concerns and requests. Also, notice that there are LOTS of stairs/steps in this house. Lavinia organized our wine tour which was excellent. We also appreciated VERY much the fact that they allowed late check out!!

Dear Sandra, Hope you got home safe. Glad you enjoyed your holiday. I'm a little surprised about your comment about cleanness. The day of your check-in we had a cleaning company who departed at your arrival. As you mentioned you where EXTREMELY anal I let them stay a little longer just so you would be overly happy. The days that followed I asked you how you found our new House Keeper, you confirmed she was great. We take extremely importance on our hygiene and cleanliness in the villa, hence we do an extra deep clean every month with a profession cleaning company. As for the wifi, you are our fist client in a very long time that complained about this. I instantly after your complain I got our internet provider in to come and check it. Unfortunately as I mentioned in SA the internet speed is not as fast as in Europe. Having said that we are counting the days to have our Cyber Optic installed in November 2017. A lovely villa in a stunning location. Camps Bay is a great place for traveling as a family. We were three families traveling together and the beach, great places to eat and lots to do made for a great trip. Everything was easily accessible. Would love to return and would recommend.

We have just returned from the most fabulous week at this beautiful property in Camp's Bay. The house feels like a 5 star hotel, with spacious rooms, lovely furniture, beautiful views, a really well appointed kitchen and good showers. The views over Camps Bay are breathtaking, and it is literally a 6-7 minute walk down to the beach and promenade which has lovely restaurants and a supermarket. The owner Nicole sent us a great tip to do an advance online order - this was spot on as we had a perfect start to our break with a poolside BBQ while we listened to the outdoor music system and admired the spectacular views whilst sipping sun downers. As we went in August the evenings were chilly but the property has heating/cooling units and the designer gas fire in the lounge created a lovely ambiance in which to sit and sample South African wines. Table Mountain and the Waterfront were just an Uber away (£10- £15) and Lavinia, the property manager helped with organising airport transfers and a wine tour of Stellenbosch. The housekeeper Chance was very helpful - she showed us how to use the laundry machines and dishwasher and kept the place really clean. The only downside was having to leave! It was our first Airbnb experience and we would definitely go back. A huge thank you to our lovely hosts!

Thinking of where to stay in Cape Town? The suburb of Camps Bay should be high on your list - it's near the city center but has access to a great beach and a cool restaurant row. Ten min away is Lion's Head, a walkable trek with the best 360-degree views. If you choose Camp's Bay, then 22 Geneva should be highly considered. Great location and excellent staff. Plus modern rooms and a beautiful infinity pool. Two thumbs up!

Great villa with fantastic views. Excellent housekeeper. Large living spaces and well furnished. We were a family of 8 - aged 12 to 73. Everybody had a great time. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool ( it was cold as it was winter).

Unbeatable view, we are a little bit disappoint with the clearness at beginning but feel comforting later. The audio system is fabulous
