Welcome to Casa Moore located in the Chac Ha Condos. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits right across the street from the Reef Beach Club and is only a 5 minute walk to the Playacar beach!

Casa Moore has 2 comfortable bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with 2 single beds. The unit overlooks both the Playacar Golf Course and the Chac Ha community pool. The unit has both air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans to help circulate cool breezes. There is also wireless internet access throughout the unit. The TV is equipped with cable.

The Chac Ha Condos are designed in a Caribbean style with bright colors and warm exterior. The lush, tropical landscape blends well with the building. Chac Ha tends to be a quiet, friendly development where neighbors meet and chat around the pool.

Casa Moore is ideally situated only a 5 minute walk from the white sand beaches of Playa del Carmen, a 15 minute stroll to 5th Avenue and right across the street from the Reef Club which includes free beach access, shaded palapas, gym, showers, restrooms, beach chairs, child care with activities, two swimming pools and a deep discount on all inclusive meals and drinks.

Please note the Reef Club has the right to deny access to anyone if they have met their maximum occupancy on any given day. Maximum occupancy for the Reef Club is limited to 4 persons per party. Access to the Reef Club is NOT a guaranteed amenity during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire condo as well as the common grounds and pool.

We are available to our guests 9-5pm Mon-Fri, 9-1 on Saturdays and 24/7 in emergencies. We will meet our guests at the property and walk them through the unit and answer any questions they may have. We can also help them book tours, transportation, baby sitters and more.

You are tucked away in a quiet residential part of the exclusive gated community of Playacar. Shopping and dining are only a 10 minute walk away. The Playacar Gold Course is right near you and the Reef Club is directly across the street. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

It is best to rent a car or a bike. 5th Avenue is a 15 minute walk away. Taxis are cheap and less than $5 USD one way if you need one.

Electricity is extremely expensive in Playa del Carmen. When using the air conditioning please make sure to keep all doors and windows closed when it is running. When stepping out of the property please shut off all the lights and the a/c.

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 11:00 a.m.

House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.

Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.

Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.

Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
