This luxurious apartment was built brand new in 2016 on the 3rd level of a completely renovated building. Located on West 39th street. Close to West Port and The Country Club Plaza. You'll have your own private balcony right on busy 39th St.

You'll have your own coffee maker, and premium coffee provided. You'll have a 50 inch flat screen for the living room, as well as 36 inch flat screen for the bedroom. Wine openers, bottle openers, can openers stocked in the kitchen.

You have the entire third level of the building. You'll enter through the large Mid Evil looking door on the front of the building and then take the stairs up to your penthouse level.

Smoking is not allowed inside of the unit, however you can smoke out on the balcony. You will be required to dispose of your cigarettes or cigars. You will be required to wash, dry and replace any dishes you use throughout your stay as well. If you have a dog you will be required to use the broom and dust pan left in the closet to sweep up the hair before you leave. When you leave, the unit must look like it did when you arrived.

Beautiful unit that was in an awesome location. We walked to most places but when we did drive it was less than 10 minutes to pretty much everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful unit on the third floor of the building. Great location to walk to so many cool places to eat and drink. I don’t think we drove more than 10 minutes to get to anything. Wade was a very accommodating host and was very helpful with any inquiries we had.

Good location with many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. I thought the bed was uncomfortable and overall a little expensive for the quality. It was nice having the bagel shop with coffee just below. We loved the huge balcony on the warm October evening.

Very nice, stylish and clean place. Located in a great historic area. Photos match perfectly to how the place actually looks like. Fully renovated place with a very neat balcony terrace. Wade was very easy to communicate with via the app. Don't forget to pass by Q39, just two blocks away. Best BBQ joint in town. Hands down.

The place was clean and neat for us. Also had soaps and shampoo so no need to bring any. It was a great location and never waited long than a few minutes for Uber. Great communication with Wade. Would stay again!

Contemporary condo perfect for a weekend. Very clean and comfortable, and the balcony is a wonderful way to end the day. Wade was responsive and very easy to work with. Condo was convenient to the country club plaza area and I was pleased to find so many amenities (restaurants, groceries) nearby. The bagel shop downstairs is a must! Highly recommend and would stay again.

The place was great - clean, good location - and when I needed to extend my stay Wade refunded my cleaning fee (something I probably wouldn't have noticed on my own accord)
