You'll have your own coffee maker, and premium coffee provided. You'll have a 50 inch flat screen for the living room, as well as 36 inch flat screen for the bedroom. Wine openers, bottle openers, can openers stocked in the kitchen.

You have the entire third level of the building. You'll enter through the large Mid Evil looking door on the front of the building and then take the stairs up to your penthouse level.

You'll have well lit parking on the back side (North side) of the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside of the unit, however you can smoke out on the balcony. You will be required to dispose of your cigarettes or cigars. You will be required to wash, dry and replace any dishes you use throughout your stay as well. If you have a dog you will be required to use the broom and dust pan left in the closet to sweep up the hair before you leave. When you leave, the unit must look like it did when you arrived.
