Excessive noise, property damage, or smoking will result in eviction. No refund will be provided if you are evicted for breach of policies.


Complimentary housekeeping. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathroom cleaned about every fifth day during your stay.
The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.

Upon checkout, if cleaning required is more than the normal 3 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest via the damage deposit facility of Airbnb. Includes but is not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Includes any extra cleaning costs to restore the townhouse to the same condition as it was upon check in.

Awesome location if you are going to ski/ snowboard. Walking distance to Blackcomb and Whistler chairs. Quiet location. Kerry had great communication and was very welcoming. Well stocked kitchen (pots/pans etc). Appreciated the washing, laundry detergent, soap etc provided. All you need to bring is personal toiletries e.g.) shampoo/ toothpaste etc. Only downside for me was the steep internal staircase as I have an 18 month who likes to climb stairs.

Comfortable, quiet townhouse. Communication and check-in was first rate. Potential renters should be aware that there is only one bathroom on the second floor.

We had a great time at Kerry's place! Kerry was great and provided us with all the info we needed. We did a girls weekend all between the age 25-30. The place was fantastic, and more than enough space for us all. We drove up from Vancouver for the weekend, and it was a very convenient place to stay for those quick getaways. Location is great, less than 5 minute walk to village. We had 2 cars, so it was really helpful to have 2 parking options. Hundred percent would stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Kerry had coffee and a coffee maker, by which we were so pleased to see. FYI no instant coffee necessary ;). We'll definitely be back! Stay here & have fun! :)

Kerry's place is a very good option to stay in Whistler. It is quiet and secluded, yet very close to the village. The place is beautifully decorated and comfortable, equipped to make your stay a memorable one. She sent us all the information we needed for check in before hand and even called to check if we had arrived well. We would definitely stay there again!

The location is very good, quiet and close to the village and amongst beautiful trees. The living room was sunny, comfortable and pleasant and the parking very good. The decor is tasteful and the kitchen adequately equipped. The main bedroom while clean with nice bed and linen was not well ventilated as it does not have its own window being on a mezzanine floor. The small bedroom was very dark as it too has no window. It would benefit from better lighting.

Kerry was a terrific host, providing excellent communication leading up to and during our stay. The photos/listing were an accurate representation of the place. It's worth noting the downstairs bedroom is very small, with limited floor space (no room for luggage/clothes). Good location in quiet complex.
