Your stay of 3 nights in my house.
On behalf of the entire team and myself, I would like to respond to your comment. We are grateful for your positive opinion about the house.
About your negative opinion, I am personally surprised and upset too.
So, because of these unforeseen problems, I asked Ruwan for an explanation.
About :On the lack of hot water
There were power cuts and water from the Sri Lankan government for a day. The hot water production is solar and as it rained several days at this period, which caused this lack of hot water .., and unfortunately out of our control.
-The staff constantly wander around the property and walk around the house to do things if the doors were open ... We just wanted privacy and would have preferred if no one was there:
- On the site "airbnb", you can read that Ruwan, the manager and his team will be at your service throughout your stay. Daily housekeeping included.
- And upon your arrival at the villa, on the welcome book, it is written:
"The staff is at your disposal every day, the lady is present for the maintenance of the house.Please inform Ruwan for the rest of the day, your wishes, for your greater calm and privacy."
You had the opportunity to clarify your wish and inform the manager.
This house is dear to my heart and I try to offer well-being, tranquility and privacy to each guest, to enjoy the charm, Sri Lankan culture and also this beautiful beach, at the edge of Indian Ocean.
Please, believe in the sincerity of my investment to satisfy all the customers.
However, I apologize for the exceptional inconvenience that occurred during this short stay of 3 days and out of my control.
