sea view house with unobstructed views. Close to the village, shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms both with shower rooms en suite. Downstairs wc cloakroom. Very pretty sea facing lounge, separate dining room and quirky well equipped kitchen. Excellent wifi, SMART TV and DVD. Cosy and immaculate house with small courtyard at the rear. Pets allowed by arrangement.

This house built in 1855 but with Georgian high ceilings and a style that marries the quirky with the comfortable. Nice lounging sofa and chairs, separate dining table for four and small but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. There is a downstairs wc. Upstairs the two bedrooms are both ensuite with showers. The master bedroom has commanding sea views and a huge superking bed whilst the smaller second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have TV and wifi access. Outside there is a small courtyard with bistro table and chairs.

There is a large breakfast room and separate sea facing lounge with squashy sofas ! we have a pretty courtyard garden at the rear which is a suntrap.

CCA residential neighbourhood...we face the sea.

There is parking at the rear for smaller vehicles ..please note it is a narrow entrance . Larger vehicles park on Norton Road or Norton Avenue which is free and unrestricted. We are conveniently situated on a bus stop and in flat walking distance to the shops and (URL HIDDEN) hills! We also have a rear access to the property.

The house was perfect for us - a family with a small child visiting friends in Mumbles. It had everything we needed and was easily walkable in to Mumbles. We would highly recommend.

Mary has set the house up to be an absolute dream and entirely low maintenance for a little holiday. The large bed in the master bedroom was comfy and cosy just like the rest of the house. The living room is a delight to settle down in of an evening and watch a DVD on the huge tv. The ambiance of the place is really great and genuinely feels like a home away from home - an absolutely fanstastic stay. Thank you so much!

Excellent position opposite the beach but traffic noise might bother some guests when the windows are open. It was easy to walk along the promenade to the shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking was available on nearby streets but getting a space was dependent upon the time of day. A well equipped property with good quality furnishings. Plenty of space for 4 people with the exception of the garden. The hosts were friendly and responded promptly to queries prior to departure.

We arrived at midnight and left at 8am so a very short visit - but great house very tastefully decorated and amazing views across Swansea bay. Mary was good at communication too.
