Micheal ha sido un anfitrión muy amable. A nuestra llegada nos dio muchas indicaciones útiles (distancias , sitios de interés, restaurantes.....). El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, la zona es agradable y tranquila, está bien situado lo que nos ha permitido ir andando a todos sitios. En lo que respecta al horario de salida ha sido muy amable al permitirnos salir más tarde de lo habitual. Si volviera a Dublin no dudaría en volver al apartamento de Micheal.

Perfect location, nice appartment, close to Templebar (15min walk). Michael was always available if we needed him, early check-in possible (bagadge drop off).

The apt was in a great location. You are able to walk to everything but the train is practically at the door step if you want it. The noise from the street on the weekend is quite loud. Grocery story and restaurants on your doorstep. Very comfortable apt for the five of us that stayed there.

Die Wohnung entspricht eins zu eins den Fotos. Das warme Wasser ist die ganze Zeit da. Wlan läuft stabil. Die Lage mit Luas Station ist ideal für Unternehmungen in Dublin. Smithfield bzw Haymarket ist nett und man hat direkt vor der Haustür ein Frühstückskaffee und Restaurants. Micheal ist ein wirklich guter Gastgeber und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen.

Micheal's place was a great spot for our family vacation. It was clean, well equipped and in a very convenient location. I would highly recommend it!

Micheal should invest in linen asap no one wants to sleep in a. Ed with a thick old conferred with no cotton top sheet between you and that grungy thing. Also pillow cases are not a luxury just a basic so when my whole family has to use tee shirts for pillow case not cool and when we have to use a small towl as a top sheet not cool and when no extra towl in the place not cool and a filthy mop they use as a floor cleaner won't cut it micheal Please defrost you freezer also it looks like it was done 5 years ago you have a good spot but you need to fix up to match your pictures. Good luck

Glen All our linen and towel sets are of good quality. Pillow protectors and mattress protectors are on all beds. There are ornate cushions on beds which are not pillows and should not be used as such by covering them with towels or T shirts.Smoking is not allowed either in the Apt.There was cigarette smoke in the Apt and ash in the toliet. We have reported this violation to Airbnb. We also asked you to keep noise down so as not to upset neighbours. There was a broken drawer in the bedroom which we with small effort glued back together but its the minimisation of such that's disquieting here. You forget it seems that you arrived at three in the morning and despite having comprehensive e mail instructions about 24 hour concierge and entry you still called us and then realised your mistake without as much as a twinkling of an apology. We also gave you complimentary parking which you overlook as something as of right. You did not leave the place as you found it cleanliness wise which is not so much a problem but you did make a virtue of how upright and clean you were and warned us of your expectations before your arrival. Finally our lesson here is to check reviews of guests beforehand. You have none and in over 1000 guests we have never given a thumbs down except here. This is not something we like to do. You need to be nicer to people in your communications. We extend a warm open welcome or "Cead Mile Failte" 100,000 welcomes in Gaelic to all of our guests .We are passionate about this. Micheal's apartment is very confortable, bright and big enough to host six adults. We stayed there for a couple of nights and enjoyed all its facilities. Check-in and installation was very easy. Although the area is well connected with public transports, we preferred walking to visit the city center, which is very close. The neighbourhood also offers different types of shops. We definitely recommend it!
