Located in Downtown Historic District.Historic use was a Sunday Haus. Close for Blanco events, shopping, swimming or picnics in the park and walk back to unwind before heading off for more activities or out to eat and enjoy live music.

The Cottage sits in back of the Kellam House, which is the main house and is accessed from Live Oak Street. Front door leads into a comfortable main room with kitchenette & bath. Adjoining the cottage yard is the back yard for the Main House but can be used to cut across to downtown.

You will be welcomed by me and I will orient you to the property and surrounding area. Cottage is on property with The Kellam House, where I was born and now live. I love to share the history and to answer questions about Blanco and surrounding area. I do want this to be special for your stay. Since I live on the property I will be able to take care of any unexpected needs. Your privacy will be respected.

The Cottage is part of a neighborhood and town that usually roles up the streets at 9 or 10 p.m. Sometimes on weekends a little later! Please respect our neighbors.
All trash will need to be put into the trash receptacles. Glass and plastic can be rinsed and put into a basket by the front porch. Please do not take anything with you but pictures and memories.
If needed there are kitchen supplies in the cabinets a such as eating utensils, plates & glasses with dish soap and drain and tray hanging on the wall.
Sunday Haus Cottage is located, with my home, in the in Downtown Blanco Historic District. We are 1/2 block from Old Blanco County Courthouse, 5 restaurants, antique stores and 1 block from Blanco State Park, Blanco River and Bindseil City Park. I am retired and will always be ready to share our history with my guests!
