I spent a good part of 8 years to carefully design and construct this rustic, comfy, quiet, seaside oasis at the same time striving towards Eco- conscious living. I very much welcome like minded Eco- principled travellers to enjoy my place.

All our rooms have multiple windows for cross ventilation. And ample fans in good order to keep cool. All the 4 rooms are only about 20 meters from the sea. All rooms have private ensuite bathrooms

Atención a los huéspedes
Guests can ask any questions, my staff and I are happy to help as much as possible. I do not live in the premises. I live in England but visit this property every 3 months and when I do stay there and work to further improve things.
Otros aspectos destacables
As we are a quiet retreat and want to maintain it that way whilst helping the local businesses, so please note the following :-
1) breakfast is served in a Warung only one door away so we keep our place quiet and calm as much as possible.
2) there are many good warungs very near us for you to support and enjoy. Guest do rave positively about the food and one would find dinning out is quite cheap in Bali.
As we are striving to be Eco- conscious :-
1). Please do not expect a swimming pool. We have God's own Bali Sea on our door step with clear water most of the time. No chemicals or chlorine in it.
CANCELLATION :- Please give us 7 days notice of cancellation. We can arrange refund if you give 7 days notice.
2). Please do not expect air conditioning. We have well ventilated rooms with ample fans. Some of our rooms have 10 to 12 windows to harness clean sea air as you sleep. We rarely have mosquito problems, but we still provide plug in mosquito repellents. Please use ONLY if you see mosquitoes, thank you. As I stated before 8 out of 10 guests extend their stay due to the comfort and quality of holiday life they experience in here and that is the honest truth.
Some guest come back and send their friends and family.
We would appreciate if you would kindly switch off all unnecessary electrical appliances when you go out of the room for your outings. Use it and don't waste it, thank you.

A female Eco- conscious entrepreneur .
Also love everything natural, hug trees, love animals.
Like to keep my home and my hotel accommodation very clean and tidy. I believe in
Ahimsa ( non- violence ) and compassion in all things in life.
This attitude makes me feel good about myself when I go to bed every night.
I cannot live without home comforts, like my own low fat wholesome mainly vegetarian home cooked food. I like to travel in south east Asia. I love my hotel / guest house - Lily Amed Beach Bungalows, because I worked my "socks" off to build and finance it by myself.
My aim is to maintain it as a Eco- conscious, quiet retreat on sea. I love to encourage wild life hence I have a large garden. I like non- fiction and like to watch factual programmes on television. I love history.
My ultimate motto in life is to strive to live in this world sustainably and leave it without too much damage. I do not want to burden or cause harm to our future generations. Climate change is happening now and I fear very much
that the poor and vulnerable people of this world will suffer most if we are careless and over indulge and waste resources.
