This 2 BR apartment in the heart of the Village is perfect for your stay in the city. The apartment is a half block to the subway, easily accessible to all areas of the city, and has plenty of cafes, restaurants, shopping, entertainment just steps from your door. The kitchen/living area has a sofa, tv, dining table that seats 4, and all kitchen essentials such as cookware, coffee maker, toaster and dish ware. The first bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, and closet; and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, and closet. Located in a quiet walk up building in a great neighborhood, you have everything you need to be comfortable during your stay.

Upon check out, please leave all sets of keys on the kitchen counter. The bottom lock should automatically lock behind you – please check that it has. If keys are not returned, a $300.00 lock change fee will apply.
Garbage & Recycling:
Recycling is the law in New York City. Guidelines are generally posted in the garbage disposal area located at curb or the back of the building at the courtyard. Detailed information can be found at:
Any fines received due to not following recycling guidelines will be billed back.
Garbage must also not be left in the hallway. The cost of removal of any garbage left in the hallway is the occupant’s responsibility. Place refuse and recyclables the night before collection day.
All toilets in NYC are water conserving models. The ONLY things that can be flushed are human waste and toilet paper in VERY SMALL amounts.
Please note that there are 2 settings “Cool” and “Fan”. For cold air, the setting must be on “Cool”. A/C’s will also work more efficiently if they are run only when needed rather than 24 hours a day. If your a/c is not cooling please contact our office to arrange for repair.
NYC heating law states that apartments are required to be heated under the following conditions: Between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, if the outside temperature falls below 55 degrees, the inside temperature is required to be at least 68 degrees Fahrenheit; and, between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, if the temperature outside falls below 40 degrees, the inside temperature is required to be at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If your apartment is colder than this, or if there are drafts please contact our office for assistance.
If you smell gas, it may simply be that the burner or oven pilot lights are out. You can check the pilots or call our office for assistance. However, if you believe it is an emergency, call Con Edison immediately at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

Cable and Internet Assistance:
If the Internet does not meet your standards, we can provide you the account information so you may install your own internet at your own cost. Service must be cancelled upon move out. Any disconnection service the company must do on your behalf will be subject to additional charges. If you need help with your cable or internet (non-wireless) call Time Warner Cable and follow these instructions:
1. Call the main office and ask for the Time Warner account number and name on account.
2. Call Time Warner Cable at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). From the menu options, do not press anything. Simply wait for the messages to be repeated and an operator will eventually answer.
4. Give them the account number and name on the account and they will then be able to provide assistance.
All of our units are NON SMOKING. Please be advised that you will not receive a full deposit refund if the apartment smells of any kind of smoke upon move out.
The rooftop of the building should only be accessed in case of emergencies. It is a violation of the lease and prohibited to access.
