Our home is ideally located on True Blue Plantation Resort ensconced in the natural beauty of this stunning 290 acre resort and only a 5 minute drive to Pawley's Island Beach, close to area festivals, attractions, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, world class golf and so much more, this is the perfect home away from home for avid golfers, beach lovers, families and snowbirds. Our ground level home offers a spacious open floor plan living, dining and kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a screened patio with a view of the 17th hole. When designing our home, our goal was to create a relaxing, luxurious and comfortable retreat for ourselves and our guests. True Blue is a first-class, top rated resort. There are multiple pool and hot tub in areas located in the resort with one just steps from your condo. Also, there is a tennis court in the resort and an on-site restaurant, bar and pro shop at the club house. Out in back, just off the screened patio of your unit is a charcoal grill area and a view of the 17 hole.

Guest will enjoy the entire home. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare all of your meals. Bed and bathroom linens are supplied. Bathroom starter basics are supplied. You will need to supply your own beach and pools towels. There are multiple pools on site, one just steps from the condo. There is a shared charcoal grill out back off the screened patio. The condo is located on the top rated True blue Golf Course. The beach is just a short drive from True Blue.

The Beach:

The beach is peaceful and pristine, and renowned for its surf. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. On the island are three fine launch boat ramps. Pawley’s is a family beach where you can enjoy crabbing off a crab dock, shelling, biking and canoeing or kayaking. The ambiance is laid back. During high tide explore the salt marsh with your own kayak or rent one. Swimming, fishing and sunning are just a few of the activities that await you

Fishing & Boating:

With five freshwater rivers, the Intracoastal Waterway, swamps, saltwater creeks, bays, inlets and miles of coastline along the Atlantic Ocean, Georgetown County offers an endless adventure for boaters and fishermen. The black-water rivers in Georgetown County are beautiful and bountiful. Winding through miles of cypress swamp, these waters shelter bass, bream, warmouth and catfish year-round. Boaters also run up these rivers. They come to view the native species of birds and other wildlife, and to picnic on the dandy shores that breach the curtain of cypress and marsh on the water’s edge. Murrells Inlet provides boat, kayak, jet skis, and Wave Runner rentals or parasailing.

Biking:

The Neck is a paved cycling and walking trail through woods, residential areas and over bridges from Murrells Inlet to Pawley’s Island. It encompasses 12 scenic miles. Beach roads are also very bicycle-friendly and are great for walking and inline skating as well.

Gun enthusiasts can head out to the county’s back country, where they’ll find several

Quail-hunting and sporting-clay facilities.

Huntington Beach State Park-

This 2,500-acre park is considered one of the finest bird-watching domains on the east coast. Among the waterfowl are the great blue heron, snowy egret, oystercatcher and eastern brown pelican. Hikers can venture through a nature trail that extends into the forest and winds along boardwalks in the marsh, where visitors can view alligators from observation decks.

Georgetown County’s rich history truly comes alive when you take part in oneof the many historic tours.

Brookgreen Gardens:

This is the country’s first public sculpture garden and has the largest collection of figurative sculpture garden; you will find the Low country Zoo where you can see native animals in their natural habitats. There is also the only known aviary built over an existing cypress swamp.

Shopping:

Pawley’s Island has many quaint stores and shops where you can find everything from art, souvenirs and artisan crafts. Don’t forget to stop by the original Pawley’s Island Rope Hammock Company .If you need more shopping, checkout the Tangier Outlets in Myrtle Beach.

Other Attractions:

Murrells Inlet, Seafood Capital of South Carolina. Murrells Inlet known for its wonderful restaurants and night life. Major entertainment in Myrtle Beach, SC to include live shows, dining, water parks, and amusement parks within 30 minutes north.

Cancellation of Reservation: Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to the arrival date to receive a deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund if the dates are rebooked less any loss to the owner. There are no refunds for cancelation or early departures. Guest may obtain a “Cancel for Any Reason” travel insurance policy through a third party. . ___________ Guest initials (Initial to indicate you have read & accept the terms on this page).
Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least twenty-five (25) years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. A valid driver’s license is required with all reservations.
Accommodations: 6-8 in a three bedroom unit, maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. All guest must be listed below on the Rental Agreement. Anyone staying in the unit not listed on the Rental Agreement will result in entire party being removed from the property and forfeiture of deposit and all rental payments. ___________ Guest initials (Initial to indicate you have read & accept the terms on this page).

Annoyances & Nuisances: Loud and boisterous noise will not be tolerated. Excessive noise after the hours of 10:00pm is a violation of the local noise ordinance. No immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful activity is permitted in the unit or on the property. Should a house party (chaperoned or unchaperoned) occur, occupancy would be immediately terminated. Should a parent check into a rental and later minors unattended, minors will be evicted. No refund, including unused rental amounts, and security deposits will be refunded
Conduct of Children: Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Children are not allowed to jump on furniture. Damage to any of the condo property or personal property of the owner and other residents will be the responsibility of the parent. Injuries to children due to misconduct will be the responsibility of the parents. An adult must accompany all children under fourteen (14) years of age in the pool area and playground per South Carolina law.
Grills: No gas, charcoal grills or other outdoor cooking devices may be used in units or on balconies, porches or hallways. Charcoal grills are provided behind each unit in safe areas for all guests. Guests are responsible for cleaning community grills after each use.
Trash: To ensure that our properties are kept clean and comfortable, we require all guests to remove all trash and food from the refrigerator and pantries on the day of check-out. There is a $10.00 charge for any trash left behind. All trash and unit debris must be placed in the dumpsters located across the parking area.
Condominium Parking: Double parking or parking on the landscaping/grass is not permitted. Parking campers, boats, motorcycles or trailers overnight is strictly prohibited. Golf carts are only allowed on the golf course. Bikes should always be stored in the bike racks.
Locked Closets: Owners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are not included in this rental and are off limits for use.
Swimming Pools: Pool rules are clearly posted in the pool areas and enforced. Pool hours are 9:00am – 11:00pm. All renters are cautioned that they use the swimming pool, its equipment, and facilities at their own risk. Resort Passes: Pool passes are provided in the unit. There is a limited number of pool passes per unit. IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that the pool passes be returned before check-out. A missing or lost pool passes will result in a $50.00 fee for each armband lost during your stay. ___________ Guest initials (Initial to indicate you have read & accept the terms on this page).
Keys: We use a key pad system instead of keys. Your personal code will be active from 3 pm on check in day and will expire at 10 am on check out day.
Repairs: We cannot guarantee air-conditioning, appliances, or fixtures. There will be no refund upon their failure. We try to keep these units in good working order. Our best will be done to have any malfunction repaired as quickly as possible. . Maintenance of any kind by the Home Owners Assoc. for repairs, upgrades or maintenance of the property, buildings and surrounding grounds are out of the control of the owner and shall not be grounds for refunds
Upon Arrival: Immediately notify Margaret ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) of any missing or inoperative furnishings or equipment or any faulty or unsafe conditions. Occupancy by you and/or your party shall be conclusive evidence that the unit is in satisfactory condition. During your stay, please promptly report any problems to Margaret so that our maintenance staff might attend to them efficiently for your safety and comfort, and for that of future guests. Agents/Maintenance personnel are permitted to enter premises during normal working hours (8:00am to 6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting necessary repairs and/or maintenance. Emergency Maintenance Safety and maintenance personnel are permitted to enter the premises after hours for emergency situations.

•Do not turn the air conditioning lower than 70o (unit will freeze up & no longer work)

•Do not take bath towels,blankets,sheets etc. to the beach

•Please be respectful of our home

Emergency Procedures: If you discover a fire in the unit, please do the following: from a safe location, immediately call the Fire Department (911) and tell the dispatcher the unit number. Alert the other occupants in your building. Security is the responsibility of each and every guest. Depending upon the nature if the situation, guests are requested to notify Myrtle Beach Sheriff at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for non-emergency or 911 for emergencies.
Hazards: No guest shall use or permit to be brought into the condo or storage closet any flammable oils or fluids such as gasoline, kerosene, or other explosive or articles deemed extra hazardous to life, limb or property.
Trash: To ensure that our properties are kept clean and comfortable, we require all guests to remove all trash and food from the refrigerator and pantries on the day of check-out. There is a $10.00 charge for any trash left behind. All trash and unit debris must be placed in secured, heavy-duty plastic bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on the property.

Double parking, parking on the landscaping/grass, or along the curb is not permitted. Parking campers, boats, motorcycles or trailers overnight is strictly prohibited. Golf carts are only allowed on the golf course. Bikes should always be stored in the bike racks. Motorcycles & trailers are prohibited and will be towed.

The condo was perfect for six college friends attending a wedding. We cannot thank Margaret enough for her hospitality! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Plus, the location was a huge plus - only a short drive to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We look forward to hopefully staying here again! Highly recommend Margaret's condo!

Amazing Place to Stay. Great location off of a beautiful golf course. Perfect for my family and I to stay for Thanksgiving weekend while visiting family. More than enough space with the 3 bedrooms, and large living area. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again on our next trip to Pawleys Island area. Thank You to Margaret for being an excellent host and having a great place for us to call home for the weekend.

Everything was accurate-listing, location and details. The condo is updated and very clean. Margaret communicated with is as soon as we booked, and again right before our visit. Great place and experience all around!

My family and I live in New Jersey but spend our vacation time in South Carolina. When we are not at a our vacation home we offer it to guest to enjoy. My husband and I travel with our teenage son and also enjoy bringing friends and family to our vacation home.
