This is my home, I love both the apartment and the location.
If you are looking for a central, yet tranquile place to stay, this is it!
I offer travelers the opportunity to stay in my apartment for their visit to Oslo when I'm out of town myself.
The building is from 1897, the apartment was refurbished in 2008.
This is an opportunity to stay in a very calm part of the city center area of Oslo, which is dominated by architecture from the late 1800's. There are many cozy cafés and unique shopping in the area, but not many hotels.
One of the main tourist attractions in Oslo, the Frogner/Vigeland park, is just a 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment, and the bus out to Bygdøy with several populare museums (the Viking ship museum, Bygdøy folk museum, the Kontiki museum and others) stops 200 meters from the apartment.

I'm happy to give info about places to see, how to get there, restaurants and shopping. Feel free to send me messages in advance.
I'm an easy-going person, who loves to travel around the world. I also enjoy traveling around in Norway, especially hiking in the mountains - Norwegian mountains and woods are raw, clean and, sometimes, challenging. As I am a country girl living in the big city, I need my days hiking to revive myself once in a while. I wish that those who visit Norway, take their time to experience some of our nature!
