Private gated bluff acre above Westward Beach, Point Dume, next to famous Zuma Beach. Our ocean front private studio, ocean view from studio, full ocean view from large deck. Full kitchenette, glassed in shower, queen bed, daybed, TV, wifi, gardens, steps down bluff ( just completed now, Woosley fire, only the railing left to be done before July 20th, I'll drive you to sandy beach. Very clean, private and quiet, mostly the sounds of the waves. Our little sea gem.
