This property is situated in a Victorian building and is incredibly light with minimalist decoration and splashes of colour on a largely white and modern interior. On arrival you will find the open-plan kitchen and living/dining area towards the left, with stylish parquet flooring and numerous sash windows which fill the space with natural light. Along the corridor to the right are two bedrooms, one of these is a twin bedroom with two single beds (these are child-sized), whilst the master bedroom has an antique double bed. Vive Unique can also bring in extra beds for the second bedroom on request so that adults can be catered for.

There is one bathroom which is finished to a good standard with a bath and an overhead shower.

Some of London’s best attractions are within walking distance of this property: the Tate Modern (art gallery) and Shakespeare’s Globe theatre. Don’t miss a visit to Borough Market which is loved by Londoners and tourists alike (and will be appreciated by foodies) where you can find exotic meats and cheeses, novelty chocolates, flavoured oils, wines, bread, biscuits and all manner of tasty street food of every cuisine.

You can reach the Shard Tower and London Bridge in about 10 minutes via a brisk walk. The famous Shard is the tallest building in Europe offering breath-taking panoramic views of the City from all floors! For dinner with an unbeatable view in one of its three restaurants, you may want to book in advance! The neighbouring region is known for being the most cultured in London with numerous art galleries along the South bank as well as the famous Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

London Bridge Underground station is 10 minutes walk from your front door with the Northern and Jubilee line; the latter will reach Westminster within minutes for Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament and Bond Street station in just 15 minutes.

"There is no lift access in this property, and therefore it is not suited to the elderly or less mobile.\
The blinds in the twin bedroom are quite sheer and won't block out all sunlight.\
We can set up an air bed in the twin bedroom, to sleep a fifth guest. The two single beds are suited to children of age 8 or younger"

The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.

Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.

My name is Tom and along with my team I manage this collection of hand-picked apartments and houses for their individual owners while they are away. Each property is carefully selected and offers a stylish living experience and excellent value.

As a lifelong Londoner I love having the opportunity to share these spaces, my knowledge and personal recommendations about this great city with those visiting for both short and long term stays.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.

Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
