No smoking. No Pets. Los Padres National Forest is a high burn area and you don't want to be the one to start a forest fire in our beautiful neck of the woods. Very quiet nights. No traffic. Occasional coyote howl, dog bark but windows are very sound proof.

Diane's place is cute as a button, with everything you might possibly need for a comfortable stay. Right up the street is an entryway into hiking trails and beautiful vistas of the valley.

Really cute place and the pictures don't really do the inside much justice. I was very pleasantly surprised how much nicer and rustic the inside was as compared to the pics. Very quiet at night with good views. If you're looking for a big patio you need to look elsewhere, but there is nothing behind you except a big hill so the quiet factor is huge. If you have a small car the driveway is dirt so if there is going to be crazy weather like over President's day you might have issues as there was huge ruts from the rain. Not Diane's fault, obviously, but something to consider. Frazier Park itself is really cute and has a nice, but expensive, grocery store. We tried to cook a lot so that was very helpful. There's also a pizza place and liquor store so good times.

This was a great experience for me. The cabin was great. It felt very homey, cozy, and quiet! Everything had a nice set up. Also loved the extra room upstairs! Washer and dryer was so nice to have. Everything was so much better than the pictures. Diane was very responsive and explained everything so clearly, very happy of having her as my host! Will love to be back here. I had a great time at a great place.

Diane's place is exactly as advertised - near walking to acres of scenic views and hikes. Its comfortable, a great place to get away from the city and be quiet - no wifi or television make it perfect for those - like myself - who are looking for some quiet. Dianne was communicative, responsive, and made sure the place was clean and fresh. A wonderful trip in the mountains!

House was very nice and in a cool area. Plenty of room for the three of us staying there. We took Diane's advice and drove up to the Mt Pinos parking lot for stargazing. Incredible. I was disappointed that there was no wi-fi, but at least it prevented me from working on the long weekend.

This was a really wonderful trip. Arrival was a breeze - the location is remote but very easy to find using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps. The key handover was seamless. Diane was on call for anything we needed but otherwise unseen. The house was just wonderful - you know one of those houses where someone has really paid attention to what the surroundings might demand and what the guests might need? It was one of those - roomy, cool, bug free, and even had coffee in the cupboard in the morning. The town itself also has good restaurants and all the amenities you need. Great great trip.
