Bedrooms
Mistrel is a one-bedroom apartment but can sleep an extra two on the sofa bed if needed. The double bedroom has a chest of drawers, bedside table with reading lamp and a built-in wardrobe giving plenty of storage space.

Bathrooms
The bathroom has a bath with shower fitting, basin with large mirror and a heated towel rail. There is also a separate W/C.

Living/Dining Area
The living/dining area has sliding glass doors opening out onto a narrow terrace, keeping the apartment well aired. You have the choice of a dining table, which seats four or a breakfast bar with two stools for when you decide to eat in. The living area, which can be separated by large, full-length curtains, contains a sofa bed, coffee table and TV/DVD player with wifi available.

Kitchen
The well-designed, open kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including: oven with four hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and of course the much needed kettle and toaster.

Parking
Parking can be difficult in Nice but there is on-street parking for a fee and an underground car park beneath the pétanque grounds opposite.

Neighbourhood
Just outside your door you will find one of the most traditional sights of the Riviera; a leafy square with the quintessential pétanque ground, or boules as it is known further north. Every day groups, of mostly retired men, will gather to chat and pass the time of day whilst engaging in the much cherished regional sport. A pastis in one of the numerous local cafés or bars will also fill you with the sunshine of the south in this corner of the city which has kept a true Niçois flavour despite its recent boom. To add to this traditional experience, don't miss Chez Pipo on rue Bavastro for an aperitif and a plate of the local slow-food speciality, socca.

Public Transport
The Port is a hub for many local buses, which will take you to all areas of Nice and along the coast towards Villefranche and Monaco. Visit for more information. Your nearest tram stop at Acropolis, is just a few streets away and Nice Riquier, the closest railway station will take you to Italy or west towards Cannes and Marseille.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white cotton linen for the bedroom and fluffy white cotton towels for two people.

Mid stay cleans or a change of linen and towels this can be paid for during the booking process in ADDITIONAL EXTRAS. Or you can speak to your Local Manager on check in. There is a standard price for extra cleans and change of linen for of each that is stated in ADDITIONAL EXTRAS during the booking process.

Sofa beds

In order to give you the best value price the total cost of your accommodation does not include linen or towels for sofa beds (as you may not be using this). Linen and towels for the sofa bed must be booked at time of booking in ADDITIONAL EXTRAS. (Please note if sofa bed linen has not been booked it may not be possible to provide this on the same day as your check in).

All our properties have the same high quality linen so you can be rest assured of the same YNA standard every time you stay with us.

The official check in time is 3.00pm.

The official check out time is 10.30am.

Early Check In...

We try to be as flexible as possible and if you arrive early and the property is free and prepared we can check you in early. If this is before 9.00am there is a 30 Euro surcharge. If your property is mid-preparation we will let you drop your luggage at your property and let you know as soon as it is ready.

Late Check In...

Please note for guest arrivals at all accommodation there is a 30 Euro charge for arrivals between 9pm and before 10.30pm and a 50 Euro charge for arrivals between 10.30pm and midnight. (Unfortunately we cannot waiver this fee for any type of delay including delayed flights and traffic issues) Please note we cannot accept arrivals after 12.00am/ midnight. In the case of delayed flights please inform us if you cannot arrive within the check-in time limit of 12.00 am/ midnight and we will arrange to meet you at a convenient time the next morning.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Nice Apartment can provide a letter for your insurance company stating you could not spend the first night in your booked accommodation due to an unacceptably delayed flight.

Notify us of your arrival time...

Please note: you must inform your Local Manager of you arrival time within 48 hours of arriving by inputting this in the Guest Lounge or by emailing. You must notify your Local Manager if you intend to change your arrival time. If you do not notify your Manager of a change of arrival time a 30 Euro surcharge will apply at your meet and greet.

Late Check Out...

Again, if we do not have an arrival that day or we do not need immediate access to prepare the accommodation for the next guest we allow you to check out at your leisure that day. If you do not check out at the specified time please understand there will be a £30 charge.

Please Note: If a guest does not pay the surcharge for a late or early arrivalat check in then this amount will be charged to your credit card plus a £15 administration fee.If you do not check out at the specified time then the surcharge will be automatically be charged to your credit card.

Arrivals after midnight...

Please note we cannot accept arrivals after 12.00am/ midnight. In the case of delayed flights please inform us if you cannot arrive within the check-in time limit of 12.00 am/ midnight and we will arrange to meet you at a convenient time the next morning.

If you are arriving to Nice airport then we advise you to book at the airport hotel ETAP. This is across the road from the airport and you should not need a taxi. (Please be aware taxis can be difficult to obtain at very late hours in the night) We recommend you goto the ETAP website and print their details in case of an emergency arising. Informing us of your arrival time...

You will receive an email with a link to our Guest Lounge where you can set your unique password. Click on the link or copy and paste the link into your browser. You can then advise us of your arrival time.

Getting the address and keys to your property...

You will also recieve an arrival email which will have the address of your chosen property and the Managers name and contact number who will meet you at check in. We ask you to complete and submit in plenty of time so we know what time you want to check in.

The Local Manager will meet you at the property and give you a warm and informative welcome to your new home and to the local area. Then we hand over the keys and let you enjoy your stay.

I really liked the apartment and thought the building felt very secure and well looked after. I haven't stayed in the port area before but actually preferred it to staying in a more central location. The best things about the apartment were the comfy bed and the air conditioning, which was really welcome in the heat.
I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely keep YNA in mind when am back in Nice.

Good location, tidy and comfortable apartments. However 50€ fee for a late arrival is unreasonable.
