Home has been completely updated. It is nestled in a neighborhood with parks and biking paths close by. You will absolutely love this location and home. It is warm, welcoming and comfortable.

This is a fantastic home in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Close to parks and shopping. Home has been recently completely updated. Home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both have queen size beds. High speed internet and prism tv with over 200 channels. It is a corner lot so has a large private, backyard. Close to restaurants biking paths, St Louis Park is a great location for your get away.

We provide our guests comfortable beds and linens. We have quality pillows, towels, 2 ply toilet paper. Our furniture is comfortable. You will love staying with us.

We own 4 Vacation rental homes in the area. We do this as a job and not just as a hobby. We take care of the little things that some hosts may miss.

This home is in a quiet family neighborhood. Home is centrally located to shopping, parks and both downtowns. Our goal is to make you feel completely comfortable and at home.

We live 10 minutes away and are here to assist you with anything you need.

RESTRICTIONS
a.Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking indoor is considered property damage. We do not allow smoking on the property period. No smoking in garage, back patio, NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. A $1,500.00 damage charge applies to smoking indoor and charges to remove the smoking smell if smoking occurs on the property will be charged as needed.
b.Absolutely NO PETS of any kind.
c.NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind allowed on property at any time.
d.Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed at any time on the premises. All occupants will act respectfully to neighbors and adhere to neighborhood rules and regulations including trash and recycle pick up (details posted at the house).
e.Maximum Occupancy is (4) persons.
f.LESSEE will provide the names of all occupants (below)
g.LESSEE will provide the make, model, and license plate of car(s) used by all occupants during the lease period.
h.LESSEE will adhere to all Snow Emergency Rules (details posted at the house).
i.LESSEE will keep the property neat & tidy inside & out. Cleaning equipment is provided. Lawn & garden service is provided.
j.LESSEE and all adults will provide a government issued ID.

LESSEE agrees to hold harmless the LESSOR from all and any liability, loss, damage or injury arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premise by the LESSEE, tenants, pets or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premise.

Functional house, supermarket and restaurants very close. Host available to give quick answers if necessary . A great gas Fire place.

I booked on behalf of colleagues of mine who were working in the States and they felt that it was a great place to stay. They felt that everything you could have needed was provided for them like pots and pans along with an information pamphlet that really helped them. The communication was great with Pam and she always responded within an hour which was very important for us. Overall, very good experience.

Pam was helpful from the very beginning! She was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The house was just as it was described! Worked out perfect for our trip!
