The villa is great - it's clean and spacious, the pool and tennis court are both lovely extras to have, and there are great views from the three different terraces and the pool area. It is gated so feels secure and there is a large driveway. It's not modern and you can see that in the pictures, but it is well maintained. You are provided with tennis rackets, sun loungers (we had 5) and towels. It is within walking distance of San Rafael (restaurants/shops etc), Amnesia and Privilege and you can get to the airport/Ibiza Town/San Antonio in 15 minutes by car. There are three good-sized bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, and the master also has a dressing area and private terrace. Overall the villa is relatively basic but still value for money and I would definitely stay there again.
The only negatives were the pillows, the toaster and a dodgy plug socket in the kitchen.
Ana responded quickly to any questions we had before and during the trip, and her uncle was there to show us round the villa even though we got there earlier than planned.
