Located on the First Floor (Ground Level Floor), this vacation home is completely independent of the main house and has its own private & independent access from the rear of the house (you park in the driveway and go from the side of the house to the deck where the entrance is located - view pictures). It is a split level unit with the Bedroom on the upper level and the Living Room and Kitchen are on the 1st Floor (Ground Floor), opening into a Sit Out Deck which is for your use. You will get to see us occasionally during the day when we are mowing or watering the lawn in summer.

The Accommodation includes one Bedroom (with One Queen Bed & One Single Bed & One Air Bed) and Living & Dining Room, with a Lounge Sofa which can comfortably accommodate one person for sleeping & Dining Table (see pictures). The Suite has Full Kitchen & full 4 piece bath (walk –in-shower and bath tub).
The Unit is centrally air-conditioned (24 hours heating and cooling), with additional fans in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Cook Top Oven & Range, and crockery and cutlery as well as basic cooking / serving utensils.
Complimentary Starter quantities of Tea / Coffee / Milk Powder & Sugar and two Toilet Kits are provided to help you settle in on arrival. Linen & Towels, Hand Soap & Dish Detergent & Toilet Rolls are Provided. Additional requirements of the guests are each guests personal responsibility. Additional set of Bed Linen including Duvet covers & Towels Will Be Provided for stays of more than a week. Guests would be responsible for additional washing of the Linen & Towels if they wish to do so.
We are located in Mississauga, a thriving multicultural city. It is 35 minutes away from downtown Toronto ( CN Tower & the Union Station), 25 minutes from the Toronto Pearson Airport & 20 minutes from the Mississauga City Center.
There is a bus stop opposite the house from where it is a 15 minute ride to the Train Station (Called the Go Station) from where you can get to down town Toronto (Union Station). Grocery is a 7 minutes’ walk and one of the biggest shopping malls (Erin Mills Town Center) is just 10 minutes by bus. There is a large park just behind the house which is ideal for children to play in or for taking long walks and is visible from the Bedroom windows.

•Only Facilities Listed Will Be Provided. No Additional Electrical Appliances other than those provided are to be used. Iron & Iron Board and Hair Dryer will be available on request. Please ask the host as to which which electrical sockets these can be plugged into.
•Please do not forget to mention the number of persons to enable us to provide with adequate linen etc. Additional set of Bed Linen including Duvet covers & Towels Will Be Provided for stays of more than a week. It will be up to the guests to change/wash them if they so wish.
•The mattresses are of very good quality and firm. They are not the spring and soft type.
•This is a No - Smoking Home. Guests can smoke in the premises of the house provided it is outside the building. Guests are not to smoke on the wooden deck (Patio), under any circumstance. Cigarette smoke carries through Air conditioning Ducts and causes second hand poisoning to non smokers. In case of guest found to be smoking inside the house or in non permitted areas they will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the booking will be cancelled.
•Complimentary Laundry Facilities (Including Detergent) Will Be Provided To Guests for Any One Half Day, Monday to Saturday (7 am - 2 pm Or 3 pm - 10 pm). Guests Are Required to Inform The Host At Least 24 Hours In Advance For Use of The Facility To Enable Them To Coordinate The Availability. The Laundry Facilities are located in the lower level of the house.
Additional Usage Will Be Available At A Charge of $10 Per Usage (Three Hours – Washing & Drying), Subject To Availability.
•Only One Parking Will Be Provided. We May Provide Additional Parking Upon Request Only If It Is Available & Provided We Do Not Have Any Other Guests.
•The Checkout time is 11 am. Please Ensure That There Are No Delays In Check Outs. Guests have to leave latest by 11 am on the scheduled day of departure. In Case You Need a late checkout they would need to request it at least 24 hours in advance. The Hosts will only be able to entertain such requests if there are no other Check-ins on that day.

The Units are air-conditioned (heating and cooling). Please be aware that this is a House – so Air-conditioning Vents are all interconnected. Sounds and aromas may occasionally travel. It is our endeavor that both the Host and Guests maintain sounds at reasonable plimentary Television with Cable connection and wireless high speed internet and half day of laundry including detergent (washer / dryer) for every seven days of stay are provided. Cleaning accessories are also provided. Additional Set of Bed Sheets And Towels Are Provided for long term guests. Hand soap, toilet rolls, dish detergent and starter packs of tea / coffee / sugar/ creamer / salt & pepper are provided. All other toiletries are each guests responsibility.
Unit #2 (guest capacity of three persons) has a bedroom and washroom (walk-in-shower) with two twin beds and a lounge (with one sofa bed) and Kitchenette equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave with an inbuilt convection oven, Toaster Oven, Dish Type Skillet, Rice Cooker, Bread Toaster, Kettle, and crockery and cutlery as well as basic cooking / serving utensils.
Unit #3 (guest capacity of 4 persons) has a bedroom with washroom (walk-in-shower and bath tub) with one queen bed, one twin bed and an air bed and one living room with a large couch and fully equipped kitchen with a Full Oven Range With Cook Tops, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Bread Toaster, Kettle, and crockery and cutlery as well as basic cooking / serving utensils.
