Welcome to the upstairs suite in my home, with 2 bedrooms, bath, loft and kitchenette. Spacious, clean and comfortable, it has a magical quality with tree-top views of flower and food gardens. You might see song birds, deer and wild turkeys, or maybe you will be here when the moon is full and the owls are hooting.
All ORGANIC Breakfast: coffee, tea, hot oatmeal or granola, yogurt, fruit
Guests may participate in free, early-morning guided yoga, chair yoga, meditation and/or breathing exercises. Also sit in the garden, stroll through the woods or walk the labyrinth.

By Appointment, for extra charge: relaxation massage $30 for 1/2 hr; $55 for 1 hr; instruction in yoga, chair yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and/or vegetarian cooking for $20 for 1 hr.
Also Available: Individually Designed HEALTH RETREAT. Rest, relax, read, practice yoga, meditate, look out the windows, walk in the woods and take care of yourself. Eat organic and learn to eat as shown in the documentary, “Forks over Knives." Do as much or as little as you like. Private room/shared bath. You pay for your room plus $180.00 per person per 24 hour visit.
