We are going to throw a Takoyaki Party at Shibuya every Thursday on June.
500yen / 1person + bring and share your drink.
We will prepare some Nihonshu ( Japanese Sake). The location is in Meguro.
JR Tokyo sta. 15minutes walks
subway Nihonbashi sta. 2minutes walks.
The room is very cozy and tidy and for 3 people to stay.
Very convenient place from both airport Narita and Haneda.
It takes 3 minutes from the closest exit of Nihonbashi station. And it is 15 minutes from Tokyo station by walk. The room is cozy and tidy, and kitchen is well equipped. There is a convenient store called Family mart 1 minutes from the apartment, and there are many restaurants around Nihonbashi and Tokyo station.
There is stairs right in front of the entrance. When you go in the apartment, you need to go up several steps.
The size of the room is 21.9 square meter.
There are two semi single beds and a Semi single folding bed. It is up to 3 people.

I can’t accept an early check-in and late check-out because I need to make schedule for cleaning.
If you look for a place to store your luggage, I recommend BnB Station at Shibuya.

You can store your big luggage for 800 yen per day.
One portable Wi-Fi is provided. You can carry it anywhere with you during you stay. But do not lose it. If you lose it, I need to charge you 20000yen.

Note: There is no washing machine and Coin laundry is 8 minutes away from the apartment.
★Eco-friedly Gabage Disposal ★
It is very strict about trash collection in Japan. At least, You need to separate trash into combustible, Pet bottles, and cans & bing. Trash-related issues could easily become a cause of trouble with neighbors so I would like you to follow local rules.

There is a convenient store (Family mart) and a food market (Seijo Ishii) just 1-2 minutes away from the apartment. And some good restaurants and bars. A famous shopping mall building called Takashimaya(高島屋) is 5 minutes away, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants around Tokyo station.
It takes 3 minutes from the station Nihonbashi(日本橋)on Toei Asakusa line. And 15 minutes walk from Tokyo station.

From the nearest station, You need to carry your luggage when going up the ground by stairs.
1 Take off your shoes.
2 Don’t smoke in the building. If you want to smoke, you should go outside of the building.
3 Turn off the air conditioner when you leave the room.
4 Be quiet till you enter the room in the building.
5 Not too loud in the room. Neighbors might be bothered from that especially after 10 pm.
6 Please throw all garbage into the dust box.
7 Don’t flash anything other than toilet paper.
8 Keep the room clean as much as you can.
9 The concierge is not like a person who works at hotel. He/she just maintains the building so ask me if you have a question.
10 Please make sure that you lock the door when you go outside of the apartment.
