Our lovely two bedroom flat, with a spacious, stylish living area and roof terrace with amazing panoramic views, is the perfect Airbnb to discover London. It is in a prime location in central Pimlico, a hidden gem of a neighbourhood in central London, with great transport links and just walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace. We have all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay and our roof terrace will give you a unique view of London.

This charming 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a prime location in the heart of Pimlico, just 4 mins walk from the underground station. Therefore you are only 5-10 minutes away from Oxford Circus and Central London on the tube!

The flat is only 8 minutes walk to Victoria Train & Coach station, meaning the flat is very convenient for those who are coming from or going to Gatwick Airport with an express train and with direct links to all other London airports.

For those who want to walk or get the bus, you are just a 20-minute walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and St. James’ Park. The 24/7 number 24 bus goes from right outside the flat and will take you to Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Soho and Camden.

The flat is a recently refurbished, stylish and spacious two bedroom penthouse. It has a large dining, sitting room and kitchen area. All areas are fully equipped! You will have a large TV with cable TV, DVD Player and and surround sound, as well as high-speed WiFi. The kitchen has all you would need for cooking a meal. Basic cooking ingredients will be provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. The kitchen also has laundry facilities and we supply detergent etc.

The open plan area leads on to the private roof space, which has the best views over London in the local area - we promise!

The 2 bedrooms have ample storage space. The larger bedroom has a new queen size bed, dressing table and wardrobes. The other bedroom has a new double bed and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have comfy duvets and pillows and a set of towels for each guest.

There is a large bathroom with bath and shower and window access to another balcony with tables and chairs - perfect for Breakfast! We will also leave nice Shampoo and Conditioner in the bathroom so no need to carry you own. There will also be a hair dryer!

The flat is a three bedroom flat but the owner will lock their bedroom and not be present during your stay.

The flat is in a large old Georgian building and there is no lift/elevator. Therefore, to get to the penthouse there are a number of stairs. The flat is, therefore, not suitable for people with walking difficulties. For all others, the view is worth the stairs!!

I live there with my girlfriend typically. We only rent when we are away and we lock our bedroom. Therefore, you will have the two other bedrooms and access to all other parts of the flat. You may see some cupboards locked or labelled as Private. Apart from this - you wouldn't even know we live there normally!

We rent the flat when we are away but we will always be available to respond to your queries and have a local contact who can come to the flat if you have any major queries.

Pimlico is a smart, quiet, safe and peaceful area with a buzzing high street and market only few minutes away. I've provided my favourites in the Guidebook! You have lots to do on your doorstep if you don't want to venture far.

However, if you want to explore London, I am yet to find anywhere in London which is as convenient as this part of Pimlico/Victoria. Our road itself has bus-stops 50m away. Within 5 minutes walk is the river, two tube stations and one major train station. For more active explorers, you are within walking distance of a whole host of major London landmarks and attractions. Obviously, there is always Uber for everything else!

We provide 4 'Pay as you Go' Oyster cards for all our guests. This allows you to get the cheapest fares on all of London's public transport. Simply top-up the balance at a shop or station and you can use it throughout your stay.
Pimlico Tube station is 4 minute walk away from the house and is on the Victoria Line and you can get to almost all attractions in London in under 20 minutes.
Route 24 bus (which connects you directly with Trafalgar Square, Houses of Parliament, Leicester Square, Soho and Camden etc) is 24h a day and runs roughly every 5 mins. The stop is 30 seconds walk from the flat on Belgrave Road.
Victoria Train and Coach Station is a 5/10 minute walk away and provide train and bus connections to all major London airports.
River Thames is 5 min walk away and you can catch ferries from Tate Britain Pier several times a day.
We can also give advice on pick ups and drop offs at the airports, coach and train stations.

Everyone thinks their home is perfect and we do so as well. But here are some bits that we think we should mention:
- The flat is a three bedroom flat but we lock our bedroom and will not be present during your stay
- The flat is on the 4th/5th floor and there is no elevator in the building
- The second bedroom has a double bed but the room is quite small and cosy!

It is our home when we don't have guests so please treat it like your own home. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted inside. We regret that we do not accept children under the age of 5.

Asunto oli mahtavalla sijainnilla, kävelyetäisyydellä Victorian asemalta ja Pimlicon metroasemalta. Katu oli rauhallinen, mutta läheltä löytyi kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Asuntoon johtaa melko kapeat portaat ja asunto sijaitsee ylimmässä kerroksessa. Isona bonuksena kattoterassi, josta oli mahtavat näkymät yli Lontoon. Suosittelen asuntoa lämpimästi.

If you want to feel like in your house this is the best place, really nice flat, amazing roof and view, very good position in London, Alex was very kind and always available. I love the kitchen and the living room. Really a good house and place... I hope to come back because me and my family really loved it!

We were very confortable in our two days at alex place. The view on the roof is amazing and the house was exactly as described. Nice and charmy place to be in london! Alex answered our questions on time and was a great host.

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Den Schlüssel haben wir auf Anhieb gefunden und auch die Schriftlichen Instruktionen waren sehr hilfreich. Die Dachterrasse mit 360Grad Rundblick über London ist einfach phantastisch. Wenn wir wieder in London sind werden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen, sofort, unbedingt, einfach cool.

I have been living in London for the past 6 years. Before London, I was brought up in Hertfordshire, England and then went to university in Edinburgh, Scotland. I work as a Digital Management Consultant and this keeps me away from London quite a bit.

I live in a lovely flat in Pimlico with my girlfriend and we both love to travel. When we are away we look to rent the spare rooms in our flat so others can experience London when we are off experiencing somewhere else in the world. When we are awyay, Airbnb is always our first choice for accommodation.
