New house on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Architecture (prestigious magazine for Architecture and Construction and others) with 3,900 m2 of land , 400m2 built and three years of use.
5 suites and more 1 toilet. With capacity to accommodate 11 people comfortably.
The house is facing the dam is 100 meters grass to set foot on the beach.
There are 4 suites in the main house and 1 more suite in the annex (tidy and large bedroom, separate from the house, perfect for young people or extra employees). All rooms have sheets, towels, lockers, large windows, table fans and are very comfortable. Other thing, the suite with 3 beds, one of them is a lower bed.
All bathrooms in the main house have showers with electric heating boiler and 1 suite also has a bathtub. The bathroom of the outside suite is shared with our employee, and the shower is electric and good quality.
The main living room has a fireplace, a TV, fans on the ceiling and it is combined with the dining room. Large sliding iron doors allow this environment all be open to the deck. The house also has a TV room with DVD (and some movies), USB, antenna with open channels, VHF amateur radio for communication with boats and staff of the condominium and improvised couches and pillows.
The kitchen has a sliding door that allows full closure, a side door for service access, a side-by-side refrigerator, water filter, built-in oven, microwave, cooktop 5 burners, hood, dishwasher 12 services, blender, mixer, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery and tableware for 12 people.
Internal outlets are almost all 110v, the few 220v are marked. Mobile and 3G signal of all operators work. Some places better than others, but generally work.
The deck is large, has a 22 inch charcoal grill, two umbrellas, cushions, mats and a hammock. The main pool has an endless border and the smallest pool has a solar heating (important: it needs a good portion of sunlight to reach a temperature of about 30 degrees celsius or more).
In the front garden to the dam, besides the pool, we have a big trampoline 4,26m in diameter mounted that holds adults up to 100kgs, and a structure to install a slackline (we have the slackline available). In addition we also offer 2 boards for stand up paddle with oars, and one is unique windsurfing but it works well for people with less than 80 kgs.
The house is new, it has about 3 years since it was built. The garden is still in development, the green wall is still growing, as the green roof.
In Annex we have a workshop / greenhouse, where we also find a suite, the laundry facilities, a small garden and a place with stored wood (subject to availability).
The garden gate quietly over 7 cars.
The gated community has a concierge, cameras, motorized nightly rounds alternating with a round with dog on a leash. The house has built-in cameras in common areas.
The house has maid service required and already included on location. She cooks simple meals and takes care of the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms daily. She don't sleep at home, her hours are from 8:00hs to 17: 00hs with an hour for lunch. (For more than 6 days rentals, consult increase).
No need to worry about the maintenance of the garden and the pool is solely the responsibility of an employee already hired and included in the lease. He serves a few days during the week.

The house is fully available for you to enjoy, with the exception of a few cabinets. It is one floor, with only 3 unevenness steps to some rooms (3 rooms), great for kids and although it has no adjustment for elderly or wheelchair users, I believe that would not be a problem.
The condominium has a common tennis court, a main house, a boathouse, an arboretum, a pier, the dam beaches and vast grassy green area where you can make good walks.
The sunset at the dam is unforgettable. At night you can see stars that you merely forgot that exists. Nature is also fascinating, you can easily see national eagles, "curicacas" (long bird's beak), owls, hares and wood's dogs (seems little foxes). Most of them have nocturnal habits, worth taking a drive around the condominium to find them.

Important: for holidays such as Carnival and New Year, send a message to see the prices. We usually require that the person concerned rent all week and prices sometimes vary.
A casa tem só algumas regras, a maioria acho que nem precisaria falar, é de senso comum, mas não custa nada dar uma olhadinha:
• o máximo permitido na casa são 11 pessoas (exceções podem ser feitas somente mediante consulta);
• a empregada estará presente obrigatoriamente todos os dias da sua estadia. Além de ajudá-lo, ela sabe todo o funcionamento da casa, onde fica cada coisa e é super discreta.
• não são permitidas festas nem cerimônias na casa;
• não esta autorizada filmagens nem fotografias profissionais/comerciais. Para essa finalidade, faça uma consulta;
• será requisitado previamente nomes e RGs dos visitantes;
• cuide das coisas como se fossem suas;
• quebrou ou danificou, não tem problema. Acidentes acontecem, mas a gente vai precisar cobrar para consertar;
• animais são bem vindos na casa mas pedimos para não deixarem subir nos móveis. Eles vão se divertir na represa e no jardim, imagine depois subindo nas camas ou nos sofás;
• pedimos para não fumarem dentro da casa;
