A large, sunny, quiet private Bedroom located in a newly renovated apt. on the top floor (6th) in a building with elevator and laundry, centrally located on a beautiful tree lined street off Broadway. The room will comfortably fit a couple, it has a nice desk, lots of sunlight and space for your belongings. There are sheets and towels, and a nice cozy down comforter. There is a nice dining area, WiFi and a large 60 in, TV in the living room.

Guests have access to the room they rent, bathroom which is shared, Kitchen, dining room and the living room.

Please note that there is a $50 cash Key deposit due at check in that is refunded promptly upon returning the apartment keys when you check out.
Also if a pet is included in the booking there is an additional $25 fee per night and an additional $100 added to the security deposit. We also need to know, before final confirmation, the size and breed of the pet as well as a photo.
No drugs or smoking allowed on the property.
No Parties, No Loud music or noise before 10 am and after 9 pm.
