A beautiful large Victorian garden apartment located in the heart of Dun Laoghaire with excellent public transport links, and very close to both the stunning sea and all the amenities. Ideal for families, business executives and holiday makers.

This is a fully furnished garden flat of our Victorian home with the total area of about 90 square meters. It has separate entrance and is entirely private;


One master room with king-size bed, extra closet space; One guest room with queen-size bed; We have newly added a sofa bed in the sitting room! More than enough towels and linens for you to change;

A very spacious sitting room with a wooden marble dinning table and six chairs. You can enjoy your breakfast here or relax on the couch while watching TV;

A bright sun room with large glass sliding door open to our private walled garden with fruit trees; There is a nice white desk and a black chair there if you wish to work on your computer;

An open and modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and everything else you need for cooking;

A comfortable bathroom with both shower and bath; shampoo, shower gel, hand soaps and hair dryer are all provided;

A well-organized utility room with washing machine and dryer;

An off street parking just in front of the apartment is always reserved for you!

Stephen es encantador y muy hospitalario. Es un apartamento muy amplio, situado en muy buena zona y muy bien comunicado con el transporte público. Muy recomendable para familias.

Stephen muy cortes y atento. nos explico todo muy bien.La situacion de la casa muy buena, cerca del mar y con la estacion de tren cerca. La casa esta escasa de utensilios para cocinar y el mobiliario antiguo. Los colchones necesitan renovarse. La limpieza de la casa se puede mejorar. En general se puede mejorar para una estancia mas agradable.

Highly recommend! Great location, very close to shops, restaurants, markets, etc. great place for our family of 5. Beautiful backyard, just a few minutes walk to the DART, also a few minutes walk to the Bay.Stephen was great to work with and easy to reach with questions.

Super gut gelegen. 15 min FUßWEG zum DART , der S-Bahn nach Dublin. Weitere 15 min und man ist im Zentrum. Kurzer Weg zur Promenade...von dort kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen. Die Unterkunft ist schön groß, tolle Küche mit allem drum und dran. Stephen ist super nett und hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Stephen was a very nice host; very helpful. House was well stocked for all our comforts, very clean as well. Close to bus and train routes. Close to local restaurants and markets. House had information for tourists as well. Hot water comes on at 5:45 in the morning so if you're early to rise be sure to ask Stephen to turn it on earlier, he will be glad to do so. Would highly recommend staying at his lovely home. Enjoyed our stay in Ireland, beautiful country and nice people.

Stephen apartment is located in the beautiful district of Dún Laoghaire in Dublin, on a quiet road and still close to shops, restaurants pubs and the sea front where you can walk on a long pier in stone. Getting to the center of Dublin is 15-25 minutes by car and it's also well connected by transport. Having a rental car we really appreciated the private parking spot. The road is very quiet and the bedroom windows have wooden blinds, so it's easy to get a good night of sleep. Stephen was very helpful, he told us where to find everything we needed in our surroundings and he even lent us 3 spare power adapters (EU to UK) that helped us a lot. The only thing to be aware about the place is that from the front road level the apartment is 4-5 steps underground, a bit like a basement, so it is a bit humid and you can smell it, nothing too bothering unless you have some special respiratory conditions, in which case i would probably avoid it. The place was generally clean but not spotless.

The flat is garden level and the large garden is private I am sorry you did not mention it at the time however I have installed two large humidifiers for when the climate is humid. Thank you for your comments. Stephen
