A beautifully furnished, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (sleeps 9) beachfront apartment situated in a perfect location with only a park separately you from Main Beach. A 2 minute walk to all Byron's cafes, shops & restaurants.

No Schoolies please.

El alojamiento

T1 is over 4 levels of accommodation, a separate secure carpark is located at the bottom of the apartment and separate street level access is also provided to access the stairs leading to the upper levels. The ground level also also includes a bathroom / laundry. First level contains the main living area, dining room and kitchen, with access provided to an outdoor north facing deck equipped with BBQ and ocean glimpses through the trees. The second level contains 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom that sleeps 3 and a large bathroom with separate WC. The top level has a double bedroom with access to a large roof deck with great views.

The Terraces is a group of 6 apartments each with their own access. You will have full access to Terrace 1 during your stay along with your own car space.

No Parties: We are family and couples friendly, we do not accept bookings for parties, including hens or bucks nights.

Under 21: No booking or tenancy can be accepted for people of 21yrs and under, unless accompanied by a parent in the very same Apartment for the total duration of your stay.

Babies and Toddlers: As there are a lot of stairs in the apartments we do not recommend it is suitable for small children.

Please note you are in a residential area and regard must be paid to the quiet enjoyment of the other occupants in the building and in neighbouring properties. If a complaint is received, the property will be visited and a written warning of breach of conditions will be given; a second visit will result in eviction.

This property has a firm non smoking policy and no pets are allowed on the premises.

The person making the booking must stay in the property for the full duration of the stay and will be held responsible for the conduct of all guests.

Exceeding maximum guest numbers (SIX) will render the guest liable to cancellation of the booking and/or immediate eviction from the property.

The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition (Please ensure dishes, pots and pans etc are washed and put back into cupboards). Failure to do so will incur a charge for extra cleaning which will be deducted from your security deposit.

All damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture and furnishings are to be reported to the agent and paid for by the guests immediately.

Great place and location. Perfect for a beach holiday with the family (although you have to get over the stairs!)

The town house is in an amazing location, right next to the beach. The house is very spacious and modern, with some very nice balconies.

Thanks to Vicki for a smooth and well organised stay. The apartment was well presented and very spacious per the photos. It was also in a good location close to Main Beach and a very short stroll into Byron.
