Información sobre este anuncio

Hey guys, my name is Shota and im 27. In my job, a take care of handicaped children because I love them and I wanted to find a way to communicate with them.

I started learning piano one year ago. I really love this instrument. A few days ago I performed my first recital and it was great even though I was really stressed lol :)

I hope you will be able to come in my house. I rent this private room with a capacity of 2 persons. Please see details below.

El alojamiento

Each one will have his own futon, pillow, duvet cover and sheets.

Each room is equipped with brand new air conditioner cold/hot with annotations in English to help you figure it out ;)

The house is equipped with the wonderful Japanese toilets ;) As usual, you’ll find some annotations in English in your room on how to use them. You can take shower or bath as you want.

You have also a washing machine that you can use for free and you even have to buy the detergent, I provide it ;)

I provide toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and towels for everyone.

In the kitchen, you will find all the basics like fridge, microwaves, rice cooker, tea kettle, and kitchen utensils.

And the last but not least, free internet wifi buddies ;)

Its really quiet because the house is situated outside of the center of Osaka (15km). You have a mountain you can climb just behind the house (about 2 hours for getting to the summit).

You have also a big gardens, supermarkets, and many restaurants within 5min walking. For those of you want to eat real Japanese food like mcdonalds, you can get it by walking 30min ;)

Fiquei 05 noites e conheci toda região Osaka, Nara, Hemeji. Obrigado Shota.

We had a great stay in Shota's Nomad House. It's a comfortable place to stay with a supermarket close by, a big park close by and is about a 10 minute walk to the two closest train stations. We found that the location was good if you want to have a nice and relaxed place to stay, but it also didn't take too long to travel to central locations. During our stay we met great people who were also staying in the house including Shota. Shota is a brilliant host. He took us in his car to see Cherry Blossoms and we went out for dinner before we left for home. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel back to Osaka. Thank you Shota!

Shota is a really nice guy, took me on a bike ride to show me the area and was always looking to improve his English, which is quite good anyway. Quiet area, nice house, would stay again.

I've stayed here a number of times already. Although it looks faraway on a map, it is actually very convenient. You can walk to JR Shijyonawate station in 10 minutes, and you can ride to JR Kyobashi on the Osaka loop line in about 20 minutes. From Kyobashi, you can also take the Keihan line to Kyoto for sightseeing. If you stay on the train on the Tozai line, you can also go all the way to Kobe without changing trains. I find it to be very convenient as a base to explore the Kansai area. The view of the mountains from the 3rd floor bedroom is wonderfully refreshing. I highly recommend the view. I feel at peace being here. There are also a number of shrines and temples on the mountains which are relatively unknown to the tourists, but still pretty interesting. (Sumiyoshi Hirata Shrine, Shijyonawate Shrine, Nozaki Kannon Temple, etc). If you like to cook, the kitchen area is fairly large for a Japanese house. There is no oven, but there is plenty of space for preparing food and nice powerful gas burners. The only negative is that you will do a lot of walking up and down the stairs, because it is a 3 story building. Also, Japanese houses like this tend to be a little cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This is normal for this kind of structure, but keep in mind. I will definitely stay here again!

I love this place! Very peaceful vibration in the house. Shota is very relaxed and plays piano every day. You will leave feeling refreshed! The area is not well known, but there is a wonderful mountain nearby with some temples and shrines. You can visit the Nozaki Kannon Buddhist Temple, then climb up to the top of the mountain, then come down on the side to Shijyonawate Shrine. It's a 3 hour trek. There is also a large park near the house for jogging, tennis, kids to play, meditation, etc. The supermarket is right around the corner. Very good place to become anonymous for a week, away from the crowds of Osaka and Kyoto. It's a quiet residential area. However, you can also get to those places fairly easy. It might not be the best place for someone who wants to stay out all night at bars in Kyoto, but it is fine for visiting all famous places in the daytime. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay here again. A few notes of caution -- the bedroom is on the 3rd floor and the bathroom is on the 1st floor. If you have problems climbing stairs, this might not be the best place for you. Also, in general, Japanese houses are kept unheated in the unused rooms (no central heat), and the same goes for the summer (no central a/c). Be sure to have appropriate clothing for the season. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. And Shota is a wonderful host!

It is as it is described. A simple home with a low mattress, a kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Shota is a great and friendly host. He was able to help me whenever I had an issue. And we had some good chats. The only small issue was I had a tough time accessing wi-fi in my room on third floor (one bar)
