Our first floor apartment has a prime location in the centre of town with Whitby Harbour, pier and beach all within short walking distance and the master bedroom offering fantastic views over the Abbey and St. Mary's Church.
The location provides a real taste of Whitby- nestled amongst the idyllic streets and alleyways filled with great restaurants and quaint shops yet remaining a peaceful and quiet haven to wind down after a busy day of taking in the sights (and smells) of Whitby.

Previously a theatre, the Old Auction Rooms was originally built in 1765 and then newly renovated in 2010. It holds 6 apartments and ours is located on the first floor up a short staircase, all on one level.

The bedrooms are both located on the Harbour side of the property with arched windows opening out on to this. One bedroom hosts a double bed, with en suite bathroom-shower room and the twin room, 2 single beds with adjacent bathroom.

A FREE private parking space is available to guests, adjacent to Lot1 and is visible from the living-dining room area.
