A proper Air BnB like they used to be, Joanne welcomes guests into her home, a lovely cottage with nooks and crannies. You have a bedroom with lovely views and use of a little lounge downstairs, plus a bathroom and shower, shared with family, but we never had to wait nor did we really see anyone. Joanne leaves breakfast out and even made us a cooked breakfast which was above and beyond. Very relaxed and amenable. Friendly and interesting person.

We had a lovely weekend away staying at Valley Cottage. Joanne and her family were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The cottage has lots of character and is in a quiet rural location, but still only a short drive into Bury St Edmunds. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future!

I am a friendly outgoing lady. I work in the media from home. I have 4 children, 3 of which have flown the nest which leaves my son Robin who is currently studying for his GCSE's . Among my favourite pursuits are reading, cooking for the people I care about , and keeping fit. I do body balance which is a mix of Tai chi. pilates and yoga and also spin at our local gym. I love being outdoors and enjoy exploring both the Suffolk and North Norfolk coast.
My son plays for Bury St Edmunds rugby club so not only do I turn out to cheer them on the sidelines I am also involved in their fund raising activities.
