Self contained annex in converted garage. Bedroom with en suite bathroom and an office space. Free on street parking. 5 minutes from M60. 2 minutes from bus stops with buses every 10 minutes into Manchester city centre (15 minutes bus journey).

The annex is attached to our property. It is self contained giving you your own completely private space. There is a work area for people visiting on business. There is ample storage for people travelling or who have work equipment. Tea and Coffee making facilities are available in annex. An en suite bathroom provides toilet, wash basin and bath. There are no shower facilities. Washing machine is available on request from us during your stay. We have a nice big garden. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden furniture and enjoy our garden environment.

Guests have separate access to the annex along the side of the property. Free on street parking is available. The annex has a serviced alarm, guests can set the alarm for their space separately to the rest of the house and they come and go.

The annex is self contained but attached to our house. If guests have any queries or requests or require any information during their stay we are available to help and approachable.

We are located in a quiet residential area with close transport links to Manchester city centre. We are also within 2 minutes walk from Boggart Hole Clough, a park with lovely walks, a lake and cafe, ideal for a relaxing evening stroll.

We are located 2 minutes from Rochdale Road. Buses into Manchester city centre are every 10 minutes taking you to either Shudehill or Piccadilly in 15 minutes. Return buses run late into the night. We are 5 minutes from the M60 motorway.

This is a no smoking property however guests are welcome to smoke outside in the back garden. This is a residential area so we ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbours.
