Try not to walk in the house with shoes on, specially high hills or boots, please take them off outside, you can leave them on the porch or take them inside.
There is cleaning person who comes every two weeks on Tuesday, one cleaning is included in the price, if you staying longer then 2 weeks there is an additional price for the cleaning $80.00 each time.
The kitchen is simple, but has everything you need, if you want to cook, please use wooden spoons not to scratch my pots. Please be careful with food going down the drain when you do dishes, it's a historic house and it would be a shame to have a plumbing problems. There is a garbage disposal, but please try to put left over in the trash, not in the drain, I appreciate it!
There is a wood floor in the bathroom, so please be carefull not to get it wet, put down the towel on the floor (its hanging on the tub) before you get in the tub to take a shower, make sure to close the the shower curtain not to get splashes of water on the floor and towel yourself before you get out of the tub. It's sounds complicated, but it's not that hard, really! :)
No smoking inside and no parties please.
There is booklet in the dining room with menus of food options in the neighborhood.
Thank you for taking care of my house, please enjoy!
